Whether you’re a sole trader or large multi-site clinic chain, a solid repeat business model with growing monthly direct debits makes perfect business sense. However, a number of aesthetic business owners and practitioners still struggle with this for several reasons including: the creation of profitable packages; how they offer these to clients or train members of staff to sell these, or the administration aspects of tracking and managing packages.
The difference in success between clinics who get to grips with packages and those who don’t is vast, so we wanted to take a deeper dive into this by interviewing one of a sole trader who started her small aesthetic business last year, but has successfully overcome these issues with the result that packages now represent a significant and growing proportion of her monthly revenue.
