Sadly we live in a world where people will cheat, lie and steal to get what they want.

All businesses, including cosmetic clinics will probably, at some point, experience a theft or fraud perpetrated by its customers.

There is no magic trick to gain immunity from scammers, but you can learn from the experiences of others and put some simple measures in place to protect yourselves from financial loss.

According to a Consulting Room survey, 80% of clinics had been victim to a patient fraud once or twice in the last five years.
