Imagine you could have someone at your side, guiding you to skilfully create and enhance your craft beyond your current skill level…

To be there for you in those moments when you quietly question yourself, “Is there another way I could approach this? How could I get a better result for my patients? How can I really stand out in this competitive field?”

Aesthetics can be a lonely, competitive place. It involves often working alone, long hours, and occasionally feeling slightly repetitive. For those of you who perhaps have gained practical skills and would like to enhance the quality and delivery of their services, this is where I can help.

The point-and-shoot technique is dead in the water. Dated and traditional techniques are now challenged by evidence-based theory and teachings. We have come a long way, and there are a myriad of techniques available to help achieve a better result. Having been in aesthetics for over 25 years, throughout my early days I really wish that I’d had someone to hold my hand. Being a relatively new speciality or niche if you will, aesthetics has come a long way, and fast. Mistakes, or perhaps misjudgements made in the past, have now been replaced with improved techniques created because of the work of research journals and the increased understanding of the varying conditions found in case studies.

So, where do you start?

Perhaps you have years of hands-on experience under your belt, but simply need to expand your current practices and find new ways, and new tools to improve your craft. With an in-depth, one-on-one approach, and specific stages of progression and development, I will work side by side with you, part of the thought process in practical skills, delving into those scary moments of complication management, finding the safest and most effective way to create design, the desired result.

The merits of making an investment in upgrading your skill set will make sure that you stand out from the crowd, and in an industry that is competitive and exponentially growing faster than we can measure, it’s imperative that we remain ethical, thorough, grounded and expert.

My life is hectic, having my own clinic, a loyal following of patients, a family (and goats!), I find it a struggle to find time to even eat lunch! However, I couldn’t be more passionate about sharing my knowledge, my practical needle-to-skin techniques and my business model with an exclusive group of six mentees. My love of this transformational industry and the difference we can truly make with the right approach is where I get my inspiration.

My mentorship programme is available through an application process that enables me to understand your intentions, your professional ethics and your overall drive for the changes you wish to make. This is indeed my passion, the craft I’m sharing, and as we work so closely together, ultimately we need to be in sync with our values.

The mentorship programme will run over a 6 month period, and be curated to your individual needs. If you feel that you would like some more information about our programme, or the application process and screening, then please read more here

Often when we work alone we can struggle to have the ‘self-belief’ that we need to feel assured, excited and at times, motivated. I want you to feel empowered, triumphant and inspired, and give you a sharper tool set to take your own clinic to bring it to a new level of aesthetics. After your time spent with me, and when you’re sitting down on the sofa in the evening reviewing your day, you’ll be able to reflect on the upgrade you’ve made to YOU, and the difference you will make to your patients.

Now think about it… and let’s talk.
