Question: Skin damage after morpheus8

3 months ago I had one morpheous 8 treatment. My skin is now damaged I have holes and lines on my face which were not there before and texture changes. They are more noticeable in different lights, so not very deep but this is really affecting my confidence. Would you recommend any peels or treatments to help get my skin back to being smooth as it was before please, they are mostly on my cheeks lower face and neck.

Answer: Good morning Poppy, thank you for your recent enquiry.

Firstly, we would suggest to contact the practitioner who performed the treatment so they are able to do a post treatment follow up review to assess your concerns.

If after this, you would still like another practitioner to assess your concerns - please contact us to book a consultation with Dr Anna Hemming who will be able to assist you further.

Answer: Hi
Your initial question should be directed towards the original doctor who did the treatment. If you are looking for a second opinion I can happily consult with you . My fee for opinion is £50 payable advance
I would consider needling and peels as the best options

Answer: Hello Poppyh,

From the explanation you have given it appears as if you have some scarring and maybe some skin discolouration. Photographic evidence or physical examination might be more useful to give you an appropriate answer. However ,you may still be on your way to achieving the full potential of your treatment results as my understanding is that results of morphoeus 8 could take three or more months to notice a significant difference . I do combination treatments of microneefling and radio frequency as well and in my experience you need time for results as you are using your own natural skin resources to generate a better looking skin . As for chemical peels there are many different ones out there . We have been using the Vi peel for many years with very good results .

I hope you find the answer to your question helpful .

My skin was not like this before the morpheous so I agree I think it has scarred my skin. I would not be confident to have any further needling treatments as this is what has caused the problems. I was looking for a possible solution maybe a medium or deep peel to help my skin get back to what it was before ? Hayley

Would a v I peel help smooth my skin out like it was before the morpheous 8
