Question: Nagor implantat

Hello! I wonder if nagor implantat are more safe than allergen implantat? I am worried about the alarm acl and breastimplantat? I have the nagor textured one? Is it less textured Than the allergen? I had my operation 20 years ago..best wishes Anna
