Answer: Good afternoon Tracy,
It is so lovely to meet you over the Consulting Room enquiry site. At present we do not offer a face-to-face consultation and only offer a free 10-minute face time call for you to ask any questions before booking in. I could book a call in for 10:30 on the 29th October 2024 for an initial Face time call.
Just a reminder: no appointments are officially confirmed until we have your full patient file, followed by a confirmation text from Jamie and a response email stating that you’re booked in.
If you have an iPhone this will be a face time call, if you have an android phone this will be a WhatsApp call.
With regards to your call;
1. Dr Kathryn calls between her in person consultation and her timing is approximate, as some patients may run over or earlier. We cannot guarantee the call will be on time.
2. Dr Kathryn may call you from a private number
3. If you miss 2 calls from Dr Kathryn, your appointment will be seen as missed and it would be at the clinic’s discretion to rebook.
4. Rebooking will not be guaranteed to protect Dr Kathryn’s time.
In order to book you in, please could I have the following information to generate a patient file for you;
1. Contact number
2. Home Address
3. Date of Birth
4. Any allergies or medical conditions that Dr Kathryn should be aware of
5. Previous Aesthetics treatments:
6. Any main areas of concerns:
