Question: Treatment not responding as expected

It’s been 3 1/2 weeks since I had a thermal coagulation treatment done on a spider vein on my face and I’m afraid that it may have caused residual redness and looks larger than before. What could’ve caused this and do you think there is still time for it to improve?
