My skincare routine has given me spots that now wont go away

I started using la roche posay skinacre months ago to help control my oily skin. I didn't have any spots at this point and my skin was ok apart from being oily. After using the products for a few months I developed a lot of spots and redness which was not going away. These spots are still not going away after stopping using the skincare for over a month now. New spots are also still appearing. The spots are coming up on my cheeks, forehead and around my nose.

Skin issues after B12 injections by GP

I was found to have a severe B12 deficiency. I was given 6 injections across two weeks by my GP and has since got a rash / pimples which is getting worse.

Around my chin and temples it feels like I have sand I can wipe off but there’s the odd pimple on my chin, back and neck sine of which turn yellow.

I was given hydrocortisone cream but it did nothing so I’ve got Benzoyl peroxide 5% / Clindamycin 1% gel
Apply Once A Day In The Evening
30 gram but haven’t started yet as they said I could react. It’s hardly noticeable to there unless I point it out but I’m really conscious as it’s getting worse. Any ideas?
