Sally Wagstaff Aesthetics, previously Xodos Aesthetics, is run by Sally Wagstaff , a Registered Nurse, with a 30 year history in nursing and caring, 18 of which were within the Royal Navy. Her background includes a wide range of specialities including medicine, ENT, Urology and General Surgery. In 2013 she set up Xodos, starting with laser hair removal. She wanted to use her nursing qualifications but wanted to help others in different ways. Removing troublesome hair is very satisfying, and led her to want to expand her treatments. Three years later, she took on Alumier MD and trained in chemical peels, microneedling and other treatments to help increase the confidence of her clients who were suffering with skin problems.
