Amy Bird, Director/Nurse Practitioner

Amy Bird, founder of KAST, is an aesthetic nurse practitioner with over 10 years nursing experience. Amy obtained her Bachelor of Nursing in 2010 at Chester University. 

Starting her career in acute cardiology, Amy progressed quickly and became a nurse practitioner at UHSM where she obtained a nurse prescribers qualification.

Amy found her passion in plastic & cosmetic surgery and joined the renewed private cosmetic surgery group Transform at their northern hospital as a surgical ward manager.

KAST was born in 2014 and Amy opened her first treatment room in 2016. After much success, KAST Medispa was opened a year later and celebrates its second birthday at the end of October 2019. As a Save face Accredited clinic, Amy has been assessed and credentials validated for safe and ethical practice.

Amy has worked with injectable treatments, lasers and non-invasive cosmetic treatments for over 5 years and believes a natural and subtle rejuvenation as the desired end point. Her loyal patient following is a testament to her warmth and enthusiasm. This is also recognised by Eden Aesthetics, where Amy is a regional trainer in medical skincare line, Epionce products and peels.
