I've been to secret aesthetics twice now and both times I've had my lip filler treatment done by Dr Lucy. She is so polite and makes you feel at ease. Before we start, she sits down and asks about my desired look, the side effects etc. She is very knowledgeable and makes your comfortable. The clinic is always clean and the receptionist is friendly. Offering a drink upon arrival and then waiting in the massage chairs (which are awesome) for the doctor to call you in I have recommended this clinic to many people and they have had the same positive result. Great clinic, brilliant staff, perfect every time.

I received my first deluxe hydra facial with Akila, she was really knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything. I left feeling amazing and glowing! Perfect treatment for my dry dullish skin. Thank you Akila!

At Secret Aesthetics, you not only get the glow but all other goodness that comes with the entire human being mind, body and soul. The customer care at Secret Aesthetics is of paramount importance, to say the least. I could recommend this place again and again and again. The members of staff are all BRILLIANT so is the treatment. I could go on and on and on, I am very very happy there.

I've been to a number of different clinics in and around Birmingham over the last few years, so I've got something to compare them to and my experience at Secret Aesthetics outshines all them. I discovered Secret Aesthetics 6 months ago and I've already had a few different treatments here with Dr. Zoya and Tara both whom are amazing. The clinic itself is beautiful with the decor and lighting giving it a real calming and relaxing atmosphere. From my very first visit I was impressed by the level of profesionalism, quality of care and friendliness shown by the staff. The girls on reception have always made me feel welcome, very friendly, and quick to offer me a drink or take my coat for me on arrival. One of my most recent treatments which is still on-going is laser hair removal being done by Tara. I decided to go with a package and I'm only half way through my treatments so it's still work in progress but I'm slowly seeing results. I can't recommend Tara enough because she's clearly committed to her work. She's professional, very attentive and always seems focused on getting the best results but she's also a really nice person. My sessions with her can last anywhere up to 2hrs so it makes all the difference to me that she's so easy to talk and has a sense of humour while still being professional. She talks me through everything in detail and let's me know how to reach her if I have any concerns post treatments. She always asks to checks up on me over the phone a week after my treatment to see how I'm getting on and whenever I've been in the clinic for another treatment she'll come over to me and ask me which I appreciate. She's brilliant at her job and I feel like she genuinely cares about her clients. My other treatment I recently had was with Dr. Zoya who is professional, knowledgeable and really takes time to explain everything to me in detail and answers any questions I have without coming across as patronising. I've always felt listened to. I've never felt pushed into making a decision and she genuinely cares about her paitents. I booked in with Dr. Zoya for the cutera excel laser (launch price) to remove large vein and there was some inconvience to begin with having to reschedule my appoint a good few times but I didn't take issue with it because the communication from them was top notch and Dr. Zoya gave me my first treatment for nothing so they couldn't have handled it any better. Dr. Zoya talked me through everything I needed to know before and after the treatment and I always felt like I was in safe and very capable hands. The vein had vanished instantly after being zapped and always feel looked after by Dr. Zoya whenever I've visited her. Anytime I've had a question, concern or just wanted some advice I've always been able to get it passed on and a response back from her easily. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Secret Aesthetics. They're good at what they do and they treat their customers with care and respect.

Fantastic service, from the ladies on reception to the doctor . The doctor was fantastic, listened to what I wanted, and directed me to the right treatment, for myself, ,100 % I would recommend it

I attended yesterday and I had tear trough treatment on the eyes. I have to mention, it didn’t work as much as I wanted/expected it to. I am disappointed but that doesn’t affect the outcome of this review. This 5* review is based on the following: The clinic is beautiful and welcoming. Soon as you walk up the stairs I was greeted by lovely Louise. I awaited my appointment whilst she made me a cappuccino. I saw Dr Naqvi who went though all my options and I consented to this treatment although I was made aware that it may not work for my particular issue. Although it didn’t work for me, Dr Naqvi still spent a lot of time with me in the consultation (above the 45 minutes). He was polite, professional, thorough and patient of my questions and concerns. I went ahead with the treatment and reached out the next day for advice to which I had a prompt response from Dr Naqvi. I can only comment on this treatment, if you’re thinking of having it done, this place is definitely recommended based on the above, just because it didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work for you! I would certainly return if I needed other treatments.
