I was given the right instructions at the right moment. Normally the first contact is by an automated message and then they always follow up with a phone call to ensure you understand the instructions and help with any questions you can think of.

The experience was more then I could of hoped for! Naj my consultant is amazing and so helpful and really easy to talk to. Dr Tetiana was amazing in the day, so lovely to talk to and the rest of the staff were really welcoming kind and made me feel so calm on the day. I would highly highly recommend! An amazing experience and people.

Consultation with Paul. Very honest. Regrettably my hair loss was beyond been solved with a hair transplant. Paul outlined other options. No hard sale or unrealistic expectations given, which I appreciated. I would recommend UK hair transplant clinics if you are thinking of a hair transplant. A honest company.

6 months in from my hair transplant with Dr Aziz the results are really good the team were great on the day and no where near as scary as I thought.
It’s reassuring the after care team are there every time I call them, and are happy to talk to me no matter how stupid my question was!
