Wow, wow, wow….what an experience. I can 100% recommend this clinic after booking a skin consultation today. Annabelle reviewed by skin regime and supported my purchase of ZO products. On asking further questions I shared that I had a thread vein and a patch of pigmentation on my face that I disliked. She immediately brought a second clinician in for further advice and recommended laser treatment. The treatment has been a success and a review is needed in four weeks. I suffered really bad with thread veins to the upper part of my legs. Being a young girl, I was very self conscious when wearing bikinis and having to show my legs off. I came across MediZen and had a consultation with Ki. I was skeptical about having the treatment, but after 3 sessions this is the best thing I could have done. From the time I entered MediZen I instantly felt at ease. The staff were friendly, polite and above all very professional. Wendy my Aesthetician explained the full process for me and was able to answer all of my questions. I managed to get booked in for my treatment 2 weeks later and was a bit nervous but Wendy reassured me. The treatment area was my inner thighs as I have suffered with discomfort from leg chafing for many years now and feel incredibly self-conscious and uncomfortable with it. The actual procedure was very comfortable, just a sucking sensation and then it went numb. Wendy was brilliant at placing cushions around the area so I felt comfortable at all times. Before I knew it I was done and able to get on with the rest of my day! The following day I had a mild achy feeling in the area but nothing too bad at all! I am now 3 weeks post treatment and I can already see and feel a difference. I'm starting to see a gap forming between my thighs and feel so much more comfortable, my confidence is already returning and I'm not even at the final 3-month post treatment result yet! Thank you MediZen and especially Wendy for making what could have been a very embarrassing, uncomfortable experience a very pleasant one.

I have always had a pad of fat under my chin. In fact, all of the women in my family had this and no amount of exercise or weight loss would get rid of it. The Perk treatment for eyes has really impressed me! I started to notice mild wrinkles and dullness around my eyes, especially on days when I'm tired. It's great to find something that makes them look brighter and more healthy. There are not many alternatives that exfoliate the eye area properly. I recently had botox to alleviate the harsh frown line I have. Amongst my friends, it’s often a joke that I have a resting mean face as I frown all the time (In other words, I look miserable). Since having botox, there has definitely been a massive improvement. My friends can’t believe the results!! For me, it wasn't about eradicating wrinkle lines, it was to make my face more approachable and not look angry all the time. I travelled from Leicestershire as I read and heard great reviews! I was slightly skeptical before my Hydra-facial treatment but Immediately after my treatment, I noticed my skin was not sore or red at all. it was clean and glowing. The improvements continued for the next five days as my skin became even more brighter and softer. The cost of the treatment will be paid for by the savings in camouflage make up that I would have purchased. I wish I had been brave enough to do it sooner. I have visited Medizen a few times for treatment on my face for broken thread veins. The service I received was excellent the staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel very relaxed. I came to Medizen to have Microsclerotherapy on a large vein on my leg. Dr Eccleston was brilliant, as I was so nervous about the procedure. I would like to thank you very much for the Botox treatment I had from yourself on 2nd February 2010, I honestly feel so much better! I was diagnosed with Masseteric Hypertrophy which was due to Bruxism. I suffered a lot with pain in my jaw, endless headaches that used to depress me and my temples would protrude every time I ate. I am not fully 100% recovered, but since I have had my first treatment my headaches have significantly reduced in intensity and frequency, my jaw does not get as tired as it used to and I am hoping it will not be long until I am fully recovered. As you already know, I came to your surgery complaining of pain in my temples along with my jaw suffering fatigue every time I ate. This pain had become worse as time progressed, both my temples would protrude every time I ate anything. The mouth guard the dentist gave me did not eliminate the pain or reduce the headaches, in fact it did not make any difference and neither did the painkillers. However, after having Botox treatment at your surgery, I can honestly say it has made a big improvement and the unbearable headaches are not as bad as they had been. Furthermore, my jaw does not get so tired when eating - it has reduced! I'm hoping it will not be long until it is completely better. Thank you Dr Eccleston.

Dear Dr Eccleston, I felt I must put fingers to keyboard and type an email to let you know how thrilled I am with my Botox treatment. The difference is subtle but wonderful. Friends who are unaware of my treatment have commented how fresh and smiley I appear, having inspected my face I have to agree! They are right, I can only put this down to my treatment, as I've not changed my beauty regime, in the slightest. My constant squinting (I think due to my blue eyes), had resulted in frown lines and crows feet, which have all but gone and I do feel I look much more approachable and invigorated. This is only a problem when I try to convince my bosses I have worked hard enough and am weary! I am glad that I came to a qualified Doctor and wouldn't dream of risking such a skilled facial treatment to anyone of any lesser calibre; I shall make a point of telling any friend thinking of considering the beautician route of my experience with MediZen, which has been nothing but positive. I had an 8 week course of VelaShape on several areas, the abdomen and thighs - both inner and outer. I am thrilled with the results. My skin is visibly firmer and my fat hugely improved. I couldn't recommend this treatment highly enough for stubborn fat areas and general toning. I shall be holidaying in confidence and far more confident in my bikini on the beach. Cooltech Fat Freezing The Cooltech treatment has really lived up to its expectations and I am very pleased with the result. Initially as the pads are placed on and the temperature is reached it was slightly uncomfortable, however this soon passed as the areas went numb. When the pads were taken off, the massage was an odd sensation breaking down the frozen fat cells, but again, this soon subsided. I am extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend. The fact there was no downtime was fantastic!

As a man in my twenties, the pockets of fat around my stomach have been a source of embarrassment for quite a while. Deciding to go to MediZen wasn't an easy decision but it's one of the best I've ever made. Before Zoe performed Cooltech fat freezing, she explained how the device would work and what results I was to expect. During fat freezing treatment I could feel a cold sensation on my abdomen which wasn't painful and the whole experience lasted less than an hour, after cooltech treatment I went straight back to work. I noticed a difference after a few weeks which gradually improved after my second treatment. Brilliant results from a top clinic. Thanks for everything.

I recently completed a course of IPL on my face for previous acne scarring. I came to Medizen unaware of what treatment I may need. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgable and were never pushy. I took lots of literature home with me and within a week I'd had my first treatment.The treatment was administered very professionally and I was at all times told what they were doing and why.
