I went to see Dr Alice Hudson-Peacock regarding chin fillers as I have a small and slightly receeding chin. I have been to various aesthetic practitioners and was getting disheartened that no practitioner seemed to understand my issue around my small chin or how I wanted to address it (I have had other fillers in my lips and also botox so I'm no stranger to the wonders of filler). Dr Hudson-peacock did a thorough consultation with me and listened to my concerns (of looking like a witch with a pointy chin)
She was great! We started with 1ml and both reviewed how it looked. I did not feel under pressure at all to have any further filler but was so delighted I decided to go for the 2ml. Dr Hudson-Peacock has really done a fantastic job enhancing both my side profile and my front profile. I'm flabbergasted at what exactly the other practitioners could not do which Dr Hudson- Peacock did with such skill she made it seem simple. Probably testament to her abilities. I won't be going anywhere else for cosmetic work from now on. It looks very natural, very subtle yet it makes such a huge difference to the balance of my face. Thank you again!

I am thoroughly impressed by the excellent service at the clinic, beginning from the sincere welcome of the receptionists, the warmth and professionalism of Dr Alice and her willingness to listen to me as her patient and my concerns about my skin. As a middle aged man re-entering the job market, I wanted to ensure I could put my best face forward without appearing unnatural and having a mask-like appearance. Dr Alice has succeeded in achieving my aims; I am also grateful that she carefully advises me on appropriate treatments, discusses them with me but never foists her opinion on me to opt for a particular method. My experiences at the clinic rank among the very best medical/health services I have encountered, and I highly recommend the clinic for those who wish to refresh their looks without appearing as though they have done so.

Im seeing Julie Saunders for laser treatment; she is fantastic. She explained there is a specific laser for darker skin (I am a woman of colour), why that is and what the approach would be to treatment. After the first treatment I was amazed with the results and have just had my second. My self confidence is returning and Im now in the process of reviewing other treatments Id like to have here. All staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking nearby. I highly recommend Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic to anyone - thank you!

I initially saw Dr Alice Hudson-Peacock for advice on a few problem wrinkle areas on my face. I was anxious, a bit pain phobic and worried about how things would look after treatment. I wanted improvement, but not to look like I had had work done.
I have now had three areas filled and some Botox to my forehead. I am SO happy with both the treatment I received and the results. A deep line between my eyes, there for thirty years, has all but disappeared. Two mouth to chin lines, which made me look permanently sad are also eliminated. I also had some filler to my cheeks, which I'm happy with.
The treatment isn't totally pain free, but its bearable and worth the effort.
I will return for more when necessary.

I can highly recommend Canterbury Skin and Laser. I have had a variety treatments, all of which have been carefully discussed prior to choice. All staff are friendly,kind and very efficient, professional in their care and highly knowledgeable. There is no pressure to have any treatment, all options are explained carefully so that a fully informed decision can be made.
Dr Hudson-Peacock has chosen his staff carefully to meet his own exacting standards,and I would not hesitate to return for any future care.

Very professional staff and environment. I have had three visits now and each time my appt runs to time, Dr and reception team are friendly and welcoming. More importantly after two yreatments for a port wine stain birthmark and IPL for pigment I have the visible improvement I had hoped for. Downtime for the birthmark removal was explained prior to treatment and everything happened just as Dr Hudson-Peacock said it would. Very happy to recommend.

I would definitely recommend this practice / Dr Mark to anyone seeking dermatological treatment. I was impressed by the initial consultation. Absolutely everything was explained to me in great detail and in a professional, non-condescending manner. The treatment appointment rapidly followed and the treatment itself was 100% effective and was excellent value for money. I had 28 annoying, brown skin blemishes removed from my face in just one session. The treatment was totally pain-free. I stuck rigidly to the recommended aftercare regime - and within less than two weeks my skin showed no traces of ever having been marked. I'm absolutely delighted!

I have had various treatments at various clinics. Dr Alice listens with great patience, understands and offers the most suitable options with honesty. I am also very happy with the way the clinic operates. Everyone working at the clinic seems to be in contact with each other, which creates a friendly environment that promotes a cared for feeling. I have had other appointments with other staff members, and again I have been very happy with the service I have received; the results have been pleasing. I would certainly recommend this clinic.

Her consultations are comprehensive and sensitive, and the treatments she recommends are absolutely right for me. She has a great eye for subtle treatments that make a huge difference to how well I look and how youthful I feel. She understands my concerns and is more interested in helping me to look and feel better than she is in recommending any particular interventions. It's also very easy to deal with the clinic, as they are unfailingly polite and efficient and it's a pleasant and discreet place to visit.

A good clinic offering the latest treatments in a welcoming and friendly environment. They have looked after me very well. I have always felt that they were interested in me and my unique concerns and although I have had specific treatments suggested alongside products to use at home, I have never been pushed to buy, rather had the choice to decide what 'fits' me and my circumstances.
I would like to say special thanks to Dessa who is such a skilled practitioner and so lovely and caring. She has done wonders for my skin in these last few months. I look forward greatly to my regular treatments with her and I am so pleased with the results!

I had filler treatment with Dr Alice. I'm very happy with the results. I had filler treatments before in London Harley street. I won't be travelling to London anymore for my treatments.
Dr Alice is so friendly I didn't want to leave! We spent 20 minutes talking about different options and treatments. We talked about what I wanted to achieve and the result was exactly as I wanted it to be.
The treatment I had with Dr Alice was much less painful than the treatments I had before. Minimal discomfort during and no discomfort after the treatment. In my previous treatments I had pain the day after and could not sleep well that night. I highly recommend Dr Alice.

I have previously received various treatments (Botox, laser and fillers), all from highly regarded specialists in this field.
This treatment was in terms of both the experience and results the best I have had.
The clinic was highly recommended by a friend who is similarly used to such treatments and who was treated by Dr Mark Hudson-Peacock, having also been not entirely happy with previous (well-regarded) practitioners.
I saw Dr Alice Hudson-Peacock (conveniently for me in London rather than Kent, at Harley Street on a Monday) and enjoyed a similar experience; a professional, matter-of-fact approach from a practitioner I quickly felt able to trust and who listened to how I felt and what I wanted.

I have been a client having Botox at The Skin and Laser Clinic for the last 5 years.
After my last treatment I spoke to Karen about having my Lips enhanced, Karen knew I was very nervous about having this done. We spoke about the procedure and she talked me through everything including my concerns. So on Saturday I went ahead with the treatment. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely have the treatment again they are just as I wanted them they look very natural.

I found Dr. Mark Hudson Peters to be very professional and reassuring. His initial consultation and diagnosis was informative and proved extremely accurate. After just 2 sessions with laser to treat an increasing cluster and network of blood vessels that were very noticeable on my face, I am amazed that they have completely gone. The results surpassed my expectations. I felt in very safe hands and whilst the bruising was significant for a week afterwards the results are worth it. No pain or discomfort. I came to the clinic because I had developed thread veins below my eyes, one worse than the other. Dr Alice used laser to treat the veins and and the smaller one has disappeared completely. The other area has proved more difficult and after two treatments was still visible. A third treatment has made it much less visible and I am pleased with the result so far. She also treated facial pigmentation while I was there and that made an enormous difference to my appearance.
I have found Dr Alice professional but caring in her approach and I have felt comfortable consulting her.

I have had dermal roller treatment with Karen today.She gave me detailed, impartial advice about the treatment to enable me to decide if this was the right treatment for me.Her calm manner gave me confidence,and it was lovely to feel able to ask any questions. The anaesthetic cream prior to treatment was applied carefully,tailored to my needs,and throughout Karen checked to ensure that I remained comfortable. She is highly competent and professional and am happy with the cosmetic results. I have had prior treatment elsewhere which clearly did not work as well as what was administered here. The clinic offers a range of treatments with doctors and beauticians. I have regular IPL treatment for rosacea and filler injections around the mouth from the doctor and skin tightening on my lower face from the beautician. All of these treatments have a degree of discomfort but the results make it worthwhile and I only need the treatments twice a year.
The clinic is conveniently situated near Canterbury East railways station and several car parks.

I highly recommend this clinic, and therapist Vicky for anyone seeking Laser Hair Removal. In fact, I have actually recommended a friend, which resulted in discounts for us both, and we couldn't be happier with such effective treatments at great prices!
The hair removal is extremely quick because the laser zaps large areas at a time. It really does work, and after 6 sessions I have wonderfully smooth underarms with zero hair. I have one more session booked for the bikini area, after which I will have the same results.
Vicky always makes me feel comfortable, she is very informative and helpful, as well as being friendly and chatty, which really helps because the treatment is a little painful. My only regret......not doing it sooner!

Dr Alice H-P is very helpful and professional. We discussed my options and then planned a treatment regime. At the time of this appointment we agreed to undertake the first of my treatments and then within the next two weeks commence with the next treatment.
She is very gentle and the treatment on my face was very carefully done.

My experiences of both medical and beauty treatments at Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic have been both successful and positive. Dr Mark Hudson-Peacock is clearly an expert in his field and his manner is considered, thorough, calm and reassuring. His stitching is unbelievably neat!
Desa Radojevic is not only a great assistant during minor surgeries but put together a programme of facials and products which have left me and my skin feeling fabulous.
Vicky Judge I cannot recommend enough for laser hair removal. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain how the process works. Her results have been excellent.
Sue, Lesley and Teresa at reception have always been helpful and friendly.
I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly for the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff and their excellent results.

I'd have no hesitation recommending this clinic. From my very first consultation I've always received friendly, courteous and professional service and the clinician put me at ease from the start. Everyone I have spoken to at the clinic has been more than helpful and considerate. The results of the treatment were clearly discernible even a fraction of the way through my course and this has been a huge boost to my sense of confidence and wellbeing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this clinic for laser hair removal and have no doubt of their proficiency and professionalism in their other treatments too.

i've had rosacea acne all my life i was recommended to come to the clinic by a friend of a friend who'd recently had treatment and was delighted with the results my treatment is finished for now and the comments i've had have been very positive especially from one friend who i see about every six weeks she says i look amazing and how happy she is for me that it's worked it's very uplifting when someone gives you a compliment as apposed to have you been drinking or been in the sun to much neither of which i do so thankyou dr alice for giving me back my face .

The Consultation and comments on my skin were useful. However, I was not convinced that the recommended treatment would work or if it did work, that the effect would be long lasting. Perhaps Dr. Hudson was being cautious and not over-promising on the potential results of treatment, but this left me unconvinced and I am currently unlikely to proceed further.
You only have Yes/No options, below, regarding recommending the clinic. I am undecided on that one is the true answer.

Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic are eally helpful and professional. Dr Hudson-Peacock was very knowledgeable and put me at ease, she was also confident in advice that she gave, which was reassuring. I had home done tattoos removed and as they were so small the treatment may have been successful in the first go, but based on how they were after treatment, I think that it would be successful on larger ones. A beautiful and calm person who explained what treatment would address my concerns and what would not. I felt confident to have filler to marionette lines immediately as Dr. Peacock had the short time it took. Injections were uncomfortable and I had some bruising all of which is normal for me so nothing surprising there. I am looking forward to my next appointment for a lighter type of filler to cheek areas.
I am happy with results after one treatment. I wanted to look a little less tired and see positive results already.
A little investment in me because "I"m worth it" !

I recently had a dermal filler treatment. The treatment was carried out by nurse Karen Hudson Peacock, whom I had not met before. She was very good, and gentle, and took a great deal of care during the procedure. She explained the treatment to me fully before starting and answered any queries I had to my satisfaction. After treatment she carefully explained what side effects I could have and how to tackle them.
I am really pleased with my treatment and will ask to book with her again next time round. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends.

I felt compelled to comment following my experience at your clinic recently. The procedure which I underwent was conducted efficiently an painlessly, from the moment I attended for surgery I was looked after in a first rate manner. The receptionist was more than polite and immediately put me at ease, I was seen by Dr Hudson Peacock at my allotted time with no delay and the aftercare was most excellent. My minor wound healed perfectly leaving no skin blemish whatsoever. In short, I do not hesitate to recommend this Clinic to anybody seeking a high class service from professionals who care and go the extra mile to ensure that patients are looked after in an impeccable way. I came to the Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic for cosmetic advice after I had already been to 2 national clinics. I was at another clinic for 7 hours, the assessor said how awful my skin was and was pressurising me into all sorts of treatment that I knew I did not need or did not want. Dr. Alice offered me what seemed to be the most sensible advice and she was realistic and honest. I had some treatments done and was extremely pleased with the service and the result.... and it saved me from several thousand pounds of treatment that I was told I needed.....

I have been having laser treatment on my bikini line and legs and they are sooo smooth! Its amazing and such a fantastic feeling not to have to worry about shaving and the horrible rash. I wish I had it done years ago.....

I was skeptical about laser hair removal as I had over 18 months of treatment in a local clinic where I thought I was having laser treatments which I have now been informed were in fact IPLs. There was minimum improvement with all those IPL sessions, and yet I could tell the difference with just 1 treatment with the laser. My neck is now virtually hair free after only 4 sessions and I dont have to put my hand in front of my neck all the time when Im talking to someone. This has changed my life, given my confidence back. I just wish I never spent all the wasted money on the IPLs which were sold to me as laser sessions!.....I should have come to the skin and laser clinic first
