I recently had a breast reduction with Mr Richards from Aurora Clinics. From start to finish I had a fantastic experience. I’d seen other surgeons, but none filled me with the confidence he did. He really listened to my concerns and explained everything so clearly, that I knew I would come away with the fabulous breasts I had been dreaming of. It’s not just Mr Richards though, it’s his whole team. Everyone at Aurora were fantastic. So genuine and caring, they really want you to be happy and satisfied. The level of information was excellent they gave me a pack and audio CD and it really helped me to understand my procedure better and what questions I should be asking. The aftercare was very important to me, but the nurses - especially Agi - were so lovely always at the end of the phone and willing to have you come in and see them (and Mr Richards) with any concerns. This made such a difference to me as it’s a bit scary once you get home. I cannot recommend Aurora Clinics enough.
