Most suitable treatment for ageing 50 year old skin?

Hello. I found out about tixel which seems to show definite improvements in facial tone and wrinkles. I am 50, have fine lines around my forehead, crows feet and tired looking eyes and an ageing neck. Do you think this would be the most suitable treatment to rejuvenate my skin please? Thank you

Tixel treatment

I received 3 tixel treatments. The first and the third were very similar, as far as heat and sloughing. I actually got more sloughing from the third treatment. After the second treatment, I barely had sloughing. I was very concerned about that. The settings were the same for all 3 treatments.
Just wondering why I didn’t slough after the second treatment.
