After roles as a Sales Representative and Regional Sales Manager with a Pharma company, I joined Allergan in 1999 as a Product Specialist for the Botox® team. I met Ron Myers, my business partner, there and we both left Allergan in 2002 to set up our own consultancy business ‘Consulting Room Group’ specialising in the aesthetics market which encompassed the HydraFacial UK distribution. This includes The Consulting Room, the UK’s largest and longest-running, independent, aesthetic information website. Following the sale of this business, I have now established a new medical customer-focused business supplying the latest in Medical Aesthetic Technology to Medical Practitioners.

I have worked with Wigmore Medical, MERZ Pharmaceuticals, Lifestyle Aesthetics, ABC Lasers and Skin Brands Ltd - as well as being the UK distributor and Country Manager for Hydrafacial for 10 years - all of which have given me a fascinating insight into various aspects of the market. I have seen how the customer who buys products and devices in our case the medical provider is often forgotten and overlooked after the sale. No more! As I did with the Hydrafacial distribution, we will work with our customers in a unique partnership to continue to provide them with ongoing marketing support, device and therapist training to enable them to provide the best treatments to as many patients as possible and give the best results!

My new company, Aesthetic Medical Partnership, aims to form a unique partnership between Supplier, Provider and Patient, where all benefit from “best in class” devices, support and results!

With more than four decades of experience in the aesthetics sector, Aesthetic Medical Partnership was founded by myself and Paul Simmonds.

Together Martyn and Paul have worked for the likes of Syneron Candela and HydraFacial, helping them bring devices to market and grow their profile and reach exponential growth nationally.
