Zoe Myers is an Aesthetician known for her broad experience in the Aesthetic industry as a practitioner, business development manager and trainer for HydraFacial UK and Aesthetic clinic owner.
She is the founder of Authentic Aesthetics, created in 2019 with just herself in a single treatment room. Since its inception the clinic has now expanded to 2 treatment rooms with 3 Aestheticians, specialising in all things skincare.
The clinic has over 80, 5-star reviews from happy customers who have gained skin confidence following treatment and skincare advice from the Authentic Aesthetics team.
Zoe lives in Leamington Spa with her partner and 2 rescue dogs Bruno (Collie) & Guinness (Daschund). She spends a lot of her free time exercising and seeing friends and family.
Zoe is a Level 4 qualified Aesthetician with an additional BTEC qualification in lasers, she has over 10 years experience treating and working within the Aesthetic industry.
Zoe started her career at just 15 years old when she got a weekend job at a local beauty salon on reception while she did her foundational beauty training at college, it was when she did her NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy that she started to become interested in the Aesthetic industry.
At just 17 years old she was taken on by Medizen clinic in Birmingham part-time where she had a dual role between reception duties while being trained in their many leading Aesthetic devices. It was at age 20 she decided to do her Level 4 qualification in Aesthetics to further her knowledge alongside working in Medizen.
At age 22 she decided she was ready for a new challenge so left Medizen to work for HydraFacial UK which was a role that took her all over the country delivering training, helping clinics run events, selling capital equipment and offering business development solutions to help clinics grow.
She loved this role but missed treating and decided to take the plunge to open her own clinic which had always been a dream of hers, the clinic continued to grow, thrive and survive covid-19.
She now focuses on the clinic full-time and plans to open an online training academy focused towards Aestheticians in the near future.
Zoe was the youngest person to ever talk at the FACE conference in 2012 (an international aesthetic conference) on a clinical trial using Cooltech (a fat freezing device) she helped to conduct at Medizen.
She is the featured practitioner in the Sterex Advanced Electrolysis book which is given to all practitioners training in this subject.
She is a HydraFacial Ambassador and continues to keep a very close relationship with HydraFacial as a brand.
Authentic Aesthetics was the winner of Best Aesthetic Clinic in the West Midlands at the 2022 England Business Awards and was a finalist for the Best Aesthetic Clinic in the UK.
