Claudia McGloin RGN is a Specialist Medical Aesthetic and Orthopaedic Nurse Practitioner with dual nursing registration in both the United Kingdom and Ireland. She qualified from Anglia Ruskin University (referred to as the University of East Anglia on the clinic's About page) as a Registered Nurse and went on to build an extensive clinical career in leading London NHS hospitals, where she specialised in Trauma and Orthopaedics. Her senior roles included Advanced Trauma and Orthopaedic Nurse Specialist, Outpatient Department Manager, Limb Reconstruction Nurse Specialist, and Deputy Modern Matron for Trauma and Orthopaedics. She also completed a degree in Orthopaedic Nursing in London.

With over 28 years of nursing experience, including more than 16 years dedicated to aesthetic and regenerative medicine, Claudia is one of Ireland's foremost experts in Platelet Rich Plasma therapy. She has performed thousands of PRP treatments across clinical, aesthetic, and orthopaedic applications, and has pioneered several procedures, including Rejuvula Intimate Wellness and Dracula PRP Therapy. She was the first female practitioner in Europe to perform Vaginal Rejuvenation using PRP, co-creating the Rejuvula procedure with Dr Daniel Sister. She also applies her NHS orthopaedic background to PRP for joint and soft tissue conditions, and offers a broad range of regenerative treatments including polynucleotides, exosomes, and vascular therapies alongside her aesthetic practice.

Claudia serves on the Editorial Boards of both the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and Aesthetic Medicine magazine, contributing regular columns to each, including her long-running series "The Princess and the PRP" in Aesthetic Medicine. She is a Key Opinion Leader and international trainer for Cellenis PRP, has authored the PRP Competency Framework for the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN), and contributes to the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) Task Force on PRP. She has presented at international conferences including AMWC Monaco, Dubai Derma, ICAD, and BDLA in Bahrain, and is the founder of Medical Aesthetics Courses, her own nurse-led training academy.

Claudia leads her award-winning Regenerative Expert Nurse Clinic in Sligo, a multi-disciplinary, nurse-led centre of excellence offering regenerative medicine, aesthetic medicine, orthopaedics, vascular, women's health, menopause, and gut health services. A committed patient safety advocate, she sits on the World Health Organisation Surgical Checklist Implementation Advisory Board and has been involved in patient safety initiatives in both the UK and Ireland. She takes a holistic, 360-degree approach to patient care, integrating lifestyle medicine alongside clinical procedures to support whole-body wellbeing.
