Answer: Hello

No we don't. This treatment would be done in a hospital setting upon a referral.

Kind regards

Dr Victoria Dobbie

Answer: Hello Nicola

Botox for overactive bladder is a specialist area of treatment which should be administered by a Urologist. Approach your local private hospitals to check if they have a specialist who offers this service, you may need a GP referral. If you have private medical insurance call your provider or you will have to self fund.

Kind regards
Dr Victoria

Answer: Hi, Many thanks for your query. I'm afraid we do not offer this treatment. It is a highly specialised treatment and you would need to see a Urologist or Surgeon (either via NHS or privately) to have this treatment.
Kind regards

Answer: I don’t but Ben Hughes the urologist does. Your GP can refer. Presumably all the standard medications have been tried and (I don’t know your age) I presume HRT.

Botox needs to be injected directly into the bladder wall via a cystoscope passed up the urethra. That’s something for an operating theatre environment

Answer: Hi thanks for the question. This would be a specialist treatment in a hospital setting. Is it something the NHS would deal with?

Best of luck
