Are Appointment Reminders Confirmations?▶

DrBK sends automated reminders via SMS and email. These are a courtesy and do not count as official confirmation. You’re expected to attend your appointment even if you don't receive a reminder.

How Do I Pay For Treatment And What About Deposits?▶

A 50% deposit is required when booking treatments. You can opt for 0% financing, and the remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment

What Is The Cancellation Policy?▶

You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made later will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. If you fail to attend without notice, you'll be charged 75% of the procedure cost; a third missed appointment may result in discontinuation of future treatment at the clinic
