#babybotox has amassed well over a million views on TikTok with people showcasing their subtle but effective transformations – ‘Baby Botox Fever’ is here to stay!

Baby Botox is a trending approach to cosmetic treatments that focuses on subtle enhancements and a more natural look. Unlike traditional Botox, which aims to eliminate wrinkles completely, Baby Botox uses smaller doses of the toxin to gently soften fine lines and prevent the deepening of facial creases.

When people think of anti-ageing injectables such as Botox it is often synonymous with frozen, expressionless faces. Not with this technique which results in a natural look with some facial movement but no wrinkles - making it especially popular with Gen Z.

This youthful twist on Botox allows for greater facial expression and preserves your unique features, giving you a more rejuvenated and relaxed appearance. With Baby Botox, you can achieve a youthful glow while maintaining your individual charm. It's the perfect choice for those seeking a more subtle and fun approach to cosmetic enhancements.

How is this result achieved?

We spoke to Dr Shaaira Nasir, Consultant Dermatologist at sk:n clinics to get the facts on this tiny tweakment trend …

"The difference between ‘Baby Botox’ and regular anti-ageing injectable treatments are that less units of the toxin are injected, but at the same strength. This makes it a great treatment for younger patients who don’t have many wrinkles yet. The good thing about this treatment is that long term that patients will get less wrinkles than those who aren’t treated as you are preventing muscle movement whilst still allowing for some facial movement results it a much more natural final result. Results tend to last 3 months depending on the individual (for some it can last longer), full effects are seen 2 weeks after treatment.’"
