It sounds like you would need to start investigating what causes the access sensitivity in your skin. We would recommend to visit a dermatologist, who can advise on this and help strengthen your barrier function. As long as your skin doesn't function properly, we would not be able to carry our laser hair removal treatment.

Hydrafacial procedure is very gentle and the exfoliation step does not involve any direct abrasion of your skin, it's very good for sensitive skin helping it to build and repair the skin barrier. However it won't help remove the hair.
If the hair is dark, you may want to look at laser hair removal. Its permanent reduction treatment or alternative dermaplaning, this treatment is designed to take off you dead skin cells but also removes the peach fuzz on the face.
