With CCR taking place last week, many clinic owners will be looking at new equipment, talking to manufacturers, watching demonstrations and listening to KOL presentations.

All of those things are useful — but when you are potentially investing tens of thousands of pounds in a device, how do you independently assess the evidence behind the claims?

I recently experimented with using AI to carry out a much deeper evidence review of non-surgical skin-tightening technologies.

Rather than simply asking AI which machine was “best”, I asked it to investigate the quality of the research, device-specific evidence, independent studies, conflicts of interest, safety, longevity of results and gaps in what has actually been proven.

I’ve produced a short video explaining the process, and I’m also making the example report available free so you can see what can now be achieved surprisingly quickly with AI-assisted research.

The report isn’t intended to tell you which machine to buy. It’s an example of how AI can help you ask much better questions before making a major purchasing decision.

And if you find this useful, I publish a free weekly newsletter called Aesthetics AI, where I share practical examples of how AI can be used by aesthetic clinics — not just for creating content, but for research, analysis, decision-making, communication and running the business.
