My sister went into see Neil and he gave her a full explanation of what she could have done. He gave her some background reading and she went away to consider. She decided the treatments were not for her and Neil was great. He refunded her deposit, no questions asked. Neil is to be trusted and he is very, very knowledgable.

I have had treatments from skin appeal and Neil, the level of professionalism and knowledge he and his staff have Is 2nd to know one. The care and detail that goes into the treatments are Fantastic you are put at ease, any questions you have are answered and explained in a way that you feel comfortable and relaxed. The clinic looks amazing and is carefully decorated, which in itself is a good reminder that you are dealing with reliable and trustworthy people who know what they are doing. I've enjoyed my visits to skin appeal and I can't recommend Neil and his team enough.

I have been having Botox treatments for a number of years, from different places here in Liverpool, but never have i received such kind a courteous care and treatment as i encountered here at the Skin Appeal Clinic. I had a consultation from Neil. who delivered the treatment and his knowledge of the treatment really impressed me, the treatment its self was wonderful with no pain at all due to the fact he uses extremely small needles. He has my recommendation all the way and will certainly be back to have my top up treatments from now on.
