Mrs Carly May,

Carly has been a breath of fresh air since joining the Clinic in April 2021. She is bright and bubbly and has that “nothing is too much trouble” attitude, which is why she has fitted so well into our small Team.

Her role within the Clinic is responding to the many enquiries we receive. Having a good understanding of the treatments is key to making sure that her knowledge is up to date so that she can help answer the many questions patients raise when researching treatments that they are interested in.

As a patient co-ordinator Carly is in regular contact with patients, from their initial enquiry right through to treatment and after care. Carly calls all of our patients post treatment to make sure that they are well and to address any concerns they may have. It is all these little touches that help us build relationships with our patients, so that they feel appreciated and well cared for.
Carly is a local Plymouth Girl and has a young family which keeps her busy when not in Clinic. She loves being out and about with friends and enjoys more than the odd glass of Prosecco!
