I am a qualified Advanced Kinesiologist (Study of muscles), a Massage Therapist, and a Senior Complementary Practitioner (a member of the British Register of Complementary and Natural Medicine) for 26 years. I am dedicated to helping clients improve their physical wellbeing, reduce stress, and restore balance.

My treatments are tailored to individual needs and include a wide range of massage therapies, including Sports Injury Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Swedish Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage. Using kinesiology and muscle testing techniques, I help identify areas of imbalance and support the body's natural healing processes.
