Pure Perfection Clinic Reviews

Based on recommendations, I had a consultation with Sara at Pure Perfection followed by my first treatment in December. Customer service is outstanding - friendly and professional - and I had every confidence in the obvious knowledge and experience. I'm already seeing a difference to my skin and looking forward to my next visit. I'd highly recommend Sara and her team.

Excellent service, and total professionalism with all staff, they really care about you as a client and want the best for you. Sara really knows her stuff and is always looking to continously add to the clinics offering - which I think is fantastic and sets her apart from other clinics in the area. Today, was the first time I had visited . I was apprehensive when I arrived, however on entering I was given a lovely friendly welcome by Tracy, who made me completely feel at ease! I then on time! met with Sara the owner. She was so lovely and informative and understood my concerns in regards to the wrinkles and jowls I have . We discussed in-depth what the best treatments would be for me, tailored to meet my needs and what can be achieved. I am so looking forward to starting my first treatment this week! I can only say from this first encounter today, that the impression I got from both Tracy and Sara that I will be very looked after. I left feeling, confident, happy and in safe hands. The first time I have felt that in a long time. Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcome! I look very much to seeing you later this week!

One of my favourite things about going to Pure Perfection is booking in for something you don't really understand and them saying no! Bear with me....the importance of having qualified, experienced and expert practitioners should be the top of your list by far, the staff at the salon are exactly that in addition to being really friendly and supportive. Personally I didn't want to wade through the endless information out there to try and work out what I wanted, that's what the experts are there for. They use their knowledge and experience to advise you on a solution to a problem but also set realistic expectations. I'd highly recommend visiting the salon for a consultation and treatment of any kind, I really appreciate the chats and advice I've had on the top sofa over the years!

I had thought about having dermal fillers for a while and had read about various products, after researching local clinics it was an easy decision to make to travel well over an hour to Pure Perfection. Unlike many other practitioners, there is plenty of information on the website and when speaking to any of the staff at the clinic they are friendly, polite and informative. Sara is highly qualified, professional and discusses everything in detail with you. There is absolutely nothing to worry about and although I was apprehensive to start with, Sara was first class and put me at ease.
