Welcome. My name is Jac Sherwood, and I am the founder of La Cara Aesthetics, based in Hastings, East Sussex. I am an NMC registered nurse and advanced aesthetic practitioner. I offer cosmetic injectables, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters, and polynucleotides. I also offer medical skin rejuvenation treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels. Over the last 8 years, I have completed numerous training courses with leading medical aesthetics academies to ensure I can offer you the highest-quality treatments.
I believe in a holistic approach to skin health. I take time to listen to and advise patients before agreeing on a treatment plan. We use only the highest quality products to ensure you get natural, long-lasting results that will boost your confidence and leave your skin looking radiant.

I have been to lacara for botox and for polinucleotide treatment to improve the appearance of my neck and particularly to treat the rosacea that annoyingly shows on my cheeks. Jac is extremely professional and caring. She explained with honestly what to expect from the procedures and gave me all the information I needed to feel safe and looked after. I have had botox before in other places, so I have a bit of experience on how it’s done. The injections were done skillfully and I felt very little discomfort. I also did not bruise at all, which was super important. Jac can also do Manyother treatments that cater to Manydifferent needs, which is good to know. I am really pleased to have found lacara so I Willbe going back
I have had several treatments with Jac at La Cara now. I have had Botox injections to smooth out the wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes and, most recently, a course of polynucleotides to improve my skin. Jac took her time understanding my needs and explaining the treatments. My skin feels radiant, and I am really pleased with the results. I recommend La Cara Aesthetics to anyone looking for aesthetic treatments in Hastings.
