Anna Kremerov, Founder and Clinical Director

Anna Kremerov is the Founder & Clinical Director of Anna Medical Aesthetics in Swindon. An Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber, she founded the clinic in 2018 and specialises in natural-looking facial rejuvenation, particularly for adults aged 40 and over.

Clinical background and approach

Anna holds an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of the West of England and a Level 7 qualification in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine. Her clinical background includes NHS nursing, intensive care and advanced clinical practice, including work at Great Western Hospital and a return to intensive care during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Her approach starts with listening to your concerns and assessing the whole face, including skin quality, volume and facial structure. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual, with realistic expectations and a focus on preserving natural features and expression.

Specialist interests

Anna has particular experience in facial asymmetry, including asymmetry associated with Bell's palsy, and in assessing and managing complications from previous injectable treatments. Her published clinical case work covers facial palsy, periorbital rejuvenation and correction of a tear-trough filler complication.

She also assesses selected medical, functional and complex skin concerns, including excessive sweating, migraine, bruxism, acne, rosacea, pigmentation and melasma. Treatment depends on individual clinical assessment.

Training and professional contribution

Anna is a Sinclair Key Opinion Leader & National Trainer for Ellansé, an Evolus Faculty Member & Trainer, and a Consulting Room Expert Adviser. She was a judge for The Aesthetics Awards 2026 and contributes through clinical publications, professional presentations and practitioner training.
