I have a facial scar which I despise and it affects my confidence. I have seen a few plastic surgeons who said they could not help me. I had almost given up hope when I decided one last time to try and do something about it and contacted Alisha who was very understanding and suggested we try a few methods of treatment. So I had 3 sessions of radio frequency microneedling which was the first step. I then had Botox which relaxed the muscle where the scar sits and then finally I had a small amount of filler where I had lost density around the scar. The scar is now much flatter and I am able to cover it better with makeup. For the first time in 5 years I am feeling much more confident. The scar is now barely noticeable. The skin across my whole forehead has also benefitted from these treatments and it’s taken about 5 years off which was an unexpected benefit! I can’t thank Alisha & Rach enough you are both so lovely and friendly and I will definately recommend you to anybody who is interested in scar treatment or just looking to improve the appearance of their skin

A true newbie to aesthetic treatments, I really wanted to give it a go for many years. I finally took the leap of faith as Alicia was recommended highly to me. I have had my first chemical peel with Rach and it was a breeze . Everything explained prior to treatment and each part explained throughout treatment. I have two more booked and can’t wait for the final results. Both Rach and Alicia explained the skincare routine and suggested products for my skin type. No hard sell just good honest advice. Second visit I went to Alicia, who is lovely and outs you at ease from the moment you walk in. Again very nervous having never had gone down the road of aesthetic treatments Alicia gave an in-depth consultation and explained what treatments would be most effective for the budget I had. Well two days after my treatment my lips look fuller with lines reduced and under eye area improved. Frown lines softened already so can’t wait for the next couple of weeks to see the final results. I even got a stress banana to hold for the pain ! What pain… a combination of numbing cream and Alicia’s expert technique meant that it was a very comfortable procedure, even go as far as to say painless. Thank you, see you soon x

Alisha is the ultimate professional and will not do any work which she doesn’t see as necessary or suitable which is the way it should be, reminding you that you are in the safest hands possible. 5 star service for Alisha! First of all, both Rachel and Alisha are so personable, yet professional, so I felt at ease from the get go! During the consultation, everything was explained in such detail, including the things that could ‘go wrong!’ Which I think is great, as Alisha explained how this is put right during the procedure and what I can do for aftercare to prevent this! The personal service: from reassuring words to a stress ball during the procedure and aftercare messages were the icing on the cake in my (what I thought was going to be scary!) experience. Oh, and the gorgeous outcome of my lips so subtle and natural! Thank you again girls.
