Victoria Felicia, an industry leader in paramedical tattooing and founder of the VF Pigments brand, is proud to unveil her latest initiative – the Areola Restoration Tattoo CIC (A.R.T CIC). This newly launched community interest company represents the philanthropic heart of the Victoria Felicia brand and is dedicated to providing subsidised and fully funded paramedical tattoo treatments to individuals affected by medical conditions such as cancer, alopecia, and scarring.
Paramedical tattooing can be life-changing for individuals who have undergone traumatic or transformative medical procedures – yet access to such services remains limited, particularly within the NHS. Through A.R.T CIC, Victoria Felicia aims to bridge this gap by offering restorative tattooing treatments, such as 3D areola reconstruction, scar camouflage, and scalp micropigmentatio,n to those unable to afford private care.
"Restorative tattooing is about more than appearance – it’s about dignity, confidence, and healing. With A.R.T CIC, my mission is to make these transformative treatments available to anyone who needs them, regardless of their financial circumstances. We are building a network of passionate, highly skilled artists who want to use their talents for good – and I invite the industry to stand with us in this mission," says Victoria Felicia, Founder.
This not-for-profit arm will also raise awareness of the benefits of restorative tattooing and support the emotional and psychological well-being of patients through inclusive, compassionate treatment experiences. By collaborating with charities, medical professionals, and the wider aesthetics and PMU community, the initiative will fund vital services and elevate education standards within the industry.
Rising Industry Demands
A.R.T CIC launches at a time when demand for paramedical tattooing is rising – but qualified, specialist practitioners remain scarce. As part of the initiative, qualified artists will be invited to get involved and donate their time or expertise to deliver these life-affirming services. A fundraising campaign – including the Three Peaks Challenge – is already underway to generate donations that will fund treatment programmes and training outreach.
