Teoxane Celebrates Successful Second Season of ‘The Drop’ Podcast

Having launched in August 2023, the UK-produced podcast has amassed over 3,250 downloads in 32 countries across the globe including the USA, Vietnam, Trinidad and Tobago, and Australia, with patients and professionals alike tuning in for their drop of the latest wellness and aesthetics news.

Hosted by Teoxane UK’s Charley Clewley, each educational episode gives the audience insight into the aesthetic world’s most talked-about treatments and topics, by providing engaging content and conversation with some of the industry’s most respected thought leaders and healthcare professionals (including Dr. Wassim Taktouk, Dr. Ashwin Soni, Dr. Bibi Ghalaie, and Dr. Elle Reid).

Teoxane UK’s Podcast Host Charley Clewley comments, “We’re thrilled with how The Drop has been received by consumers and professionals alike and have received so much positive feedback about our first two seasons. Consumer education continues to be increasingly important to our industry, with transparent conversations about aesthetics an absolute must in terms of empowering consumers to make well-informed decisions about their skin and breaking down the barriers and taboos that still exist. This is illustrated by our most popular episode to date which (in season 1, episode 6) discussed how the menopause can impact on skin health. The episode featured a gynaecological expert, as well as a skin expert, and was a great example of how the two areas of medicine overlap. With a new generation of women actively researching and discussing menopause, and how it affects their bodies, and skin, this topic really resonated with our listeners resulting in our highest listening figures for a single episode to date.”

Charley continues, “Recording of The Drop Season 3 is already underway, with the latest episodes due to launch later this summer, and we can’t wait for our listeners to hear what’s coming next”.
