New Medical Aesthetic Training Academy Launches in London

Dr Munir Somji and Dr Tino Solomon have launched a new medical aesthetics training academy in London, aimed at providing evidence-based, practical education for medical professionals. The academy is designed to offer a more hands-on, case-based approach compared with traditional lecture-heavy training, with the goal of equipping delegates to safely and effectively apply their learning in clinical practice.

The academy was first conceived in 2019 in response to demand from doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals for practical, patient-focused training. Course Accreditation and Eligibility

The DRMS Academy programme is CPD-accredited, allowing delegates to earn recognised Continuing Professional Development points. Applicants must be qualified medical professionals with at least one year of post-qualification clinical experience.

New Course Offering: Advanced Botulinum Toxin & Fillers

A one-day course focused on advanced botulinum toxin and filler techniques is available for practitioners with prior basic experience. The course covers consultation, injection techniques, treatment planning, and specialist applications, such as treating hyperhidrosis. Delegates complete supervised practical sessions and gain guidance on patient assessment, aftercare, and safety protocols.
