Global provider of medical technologies, InMode, appoints Industry Expert Caroline Abrego as the new Director of Marketing / Customer Experience  / KOL Management for UK and Ireland and Dr Anda Bergmane to support as the new Clinical Education and Training Manager

Following the successful nationwide market expansion of InMode devices and technologies in the last 18 months, InMode UK gathers momentum to progress to the next level of growth with the introduction of new products and an enhanced team.

Appointed Spring 2026, Caroline Abrego brings a wealth of industry knowledge together with aesthetic and medical brand marketing expertise to InMode. 

She brings extensive experience of working with globally recognised brands, ranging from Hydrafacial and Lumenis to Bausch + Lomb and Allergan, combined with successfully managing responsibility for EMEA and building a reputation for significant revenue growth. 

At InMode she heads up the marketing, customer experience and KOL management divisions to steer and support the InMode UK & Republic of Ireland teams to build upon the momentum and success of 2025.

This is an exciting time for joining InMode as the last 18 months have further strengthened the UK and Republic Of Ireland market share. In my role I will be executing a multilevel marketing strategy across both the consumer and industry sectors to communicate the medical aesthetic, surgical and non-surgical devices, as well as the womens wellness, eye health and wellness solutions.”

Abrego has appointed Dr Anda Bergmane, who joins InMode in April 2026, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical market sectors. Combining her medical background and expertise in clinical education with her skills in devising and implementing specialised training programs, Dr Bergmane will lead the strategic development and delivery of the best-in-class clinical education across the region.

She will also support the development of KOLs and clinical ambassadors, fostering a network of industry-leading voices to drive innovation, knowledge-sharing and thought leadership within the medical aesthetics community.
