Harpar Grace International (HGI) has announced the launch of The HGI HUB, a new digital platform developed for aesthetic, skincare and wellness clinics across its partner network.

Launching today and available via the Apple App Store and Google Play, the platform has been designed to bring together product ordering, account management, business resources and educational support within a single digital environment.

According to HGI, the platform aims to simplify a number of day-to-day operational tasks for clinics, including product purchasing, stock management and access to business support materials. Users can view real-time stock availability, order histories, account balances and credit information through both desktop and mobile access.

The launch reflects a wider shift within the aesthetics sector towards integrated digital systems that support both clinical operations and business management. As clinics continue to balance increasing patient demand, product portfolios and team development requirements, suppliers are increasingly investing in technology platforms that centralise resources and streamline workflows.

The HGI HUB is powered by what the company refers to as its "Success Suite", a business support framework focused on several key areas including training, clinic development, ordering solutions and commercial support. HGI states that the platform will also provide access to marketing resources, promotional materials and educational content for partner clinics.

Among the features highlighted by the company are digital ordering tools, integrated payment functionality, automated account management services and access to promotional offers. The platform also includes support for drop-shipping services and clinic marketing initiatives.

HGI has increasingly positioned itself as a business support partner within the aesthetics and wellness space, alongside its role as a distributor. The company works across a portfolio that includes skincare, wellness, LED technology and nutraceutical brands, while also offering training, education and clinic support services.

The launch of The HGI HUB follows a broader trend across the sector, where distributors and manufacturers are investing in digital infrastructure to strengthen clinic engagement and improve operational efficiency. Integrated platforms combining ordering, education and business support have become an increasingly common feature of supplier-clinic relationships as practices seek greater efficiency and access to centralised resources.

The HGI HUB is available exclusively to HGI partner clinics, with registration accessible through the HGI HUB app.
