Neova SmartSkincare is amongst the first clinical skincare brands to make the association between DNA damage and premature skin ageing.
Inspired by the revolutionary science of cellular regeneration and groundbreaking DNA research, Neova’s patented formulas revitalise ageing skin, targeting the root cause of skin ageing rather than just the symptoms.
The scientists at Neova identified the types of DNA damage that, if not repaired quickly, can become permanent and added DNA repair enzymes known as Photolysomes, Endosomes and Mitosomes.
NEOVA was founded thanks to three Virginia-based scientists who discovered the copper peptide GHK in 1980. Their research revealed that derivatives of the GHK-Cu peptide had potent anticancer activity by way of wound healing, which involves the induction of cell growth – a target for anti-cancer compounds.
With further research, the association of damaged DNA to premature skin ageing and cancer was made. In 2010, after more than 20 years of discovery, DNA CoFactor – the patented DNA repair and signature copper peptide technology coalition – was introduced and Neova SmartSkincare was launched.
Phase 1 of the Neova launch includes the Correction range, Cu3 Recovery range and the Silc Sheer SPF50. The Prejuvenation range will launch May/June 2025 to coincide with acne awareness month.

Radiant Wash
A hybrid cleansing gel with buffered fruit acids that cleans deeply, exfoliates gently and rinses off completely to protect skin’s natural moisture and pH balances.
DNA Total Repair
An intense serum, powered by three DNA repair enzymes and super antioxidants at the highest concentrations, to correct and repair all visible signs of photodamage. It also intensifies the skin’s ability to self-correct and protect against future photodamage.
Super Eye Lift Serum
Refreshing, energising serum with cooling applicator containing DNA Repair Enzymes and Copper Peptide Complex® to deliver tightening, brightening and hydrating actives to eyes.
Body Repair
Hyper-nutritive lotion containing DNA Repair Enzymes, Copper Peptide Complex® and a defending antioxidant complex. Penetrates on contact to trigger the repair of cellular and visible damage.
Creme de la Copper
Moisture-rich cream infused with intense skin-restoring actives to provide all-day deep hydration. Containing DNA Repair Enzymes, Copper Peptide Complex® and powerful nourishing agents, it improves moisture and creates a stronger protective barrier.
Cu3 Range
Cu3 Gentle Cleanser
A cream-to-foaming Copper Tri-Peptide wash containing the Copper Peptide Complex® working to balance the skin, maintain moisture and remove contaminants pre-and post-procedure.
Cu3 Recovery Spray
Cooling and moistening droplets of Copper Peptide Complex® [Bis Tripeptide-1] comfort tender skin and aid recovery with concentrated micronutrients. Helps to relieve tightness and moisture deprivation post-procedure, whilst also providing cooling relief.
Cu3 Recovery Lotion
Copper Peptide infused lotion keeps skin calm, soothed and hydrated. Specifically developed for post, non-ablative procedure skin and for step-down [day 4] therapy following ablative treatments.

Calm and hydrate persistent or reactive redness conditions, including rosacea. In a 12-week study of patients with rosacea, 70% of study subjects showed significant improvement, with 50% going from mild to almost gone in 12 weeks
Illuminating Eye Serum
Light-diffusing serum containing Copper Peptide Complex® with a cooling applicator to de-puff and relieve dark under-eye circles.
Silc Sheer SPF50
Containing both physical blockers and chemical filters, it combines the reflective properties of mineral-based ingredients and the absorbing and altering properties of chemical ingredients to help prevent sun damage. Highly water-resistant (up to 80 minutes), whilst also containing DNA repair enzymes to aid in skin recovery and further photoprotection.
