AUTENTICA Launches in the UK as an Anti-Gravity Skin Restructurer

Italian-developed hyaluronic acid treatment AUTENTICA launches in the UK, with Fox Pharma and MedFx appointed as exclusive UK distributors for Regenyal Laboratories’ product.

AUTENTICA, a hyaluronic acid (HA) treatment developed by Italian manufacturer Regenyal Laboratories, launched in the UK on 21 September 2026. The product is designed to support skin hydration, firmness and tissue quality, using a technique-led injection protocol known as the Anti-Gravity Technique™.

Fox Pharma and MedFx have been confirmed as exclusive UK distributors, with practitioner training scheduled to begin in October 2026.

What is AUTENTICA?

AUTENTICA is formulated with 64mg of ultra-pure hyaluronic acid per syringe. According to Regenyal Laboratories, its proprietary PHYSIOLOGIC TECH production process combines high molecular weight HA, specified at 800–1200kDa, to create a stable product without chemical cross-linkers or BDDE.

The treatment is designed to improve skin hydration and quality while avoiding the addition of visible volume associated with some injectable treatments.

Its distinguishing feature is the Anti-Gravity Technique™, an injection approach that places the product within the superficial adipose layer. This is deeper than the placement used in standard skin booster protocols and is intended to support a subtle lifting effect alongside improvements in skin quality.

The treatment can be administered using either a needle or cannula, with the protocol tailored to the individual patient.

The Anti-Gravity Technique™

AUTENTICA's approach centres on product placement and the relationship between skin quality and structural support.

Rather than focusing solely on hydration, the technique aims to support the skin's natural structure through the targeted placement of hyaluronic acid within the superficial adipose layer.

Dr Hasaneen Al Janabi, founder of Dr Hass Clinic and lead UK key opinion leader for the treatment, commented:

“For me, AUTENTICA represents an exciting and innovative movement within aesthetics because it sits somewhere between improving skin quality and creating a subtle structural effect. It isn't simply about adding hydration, but rather enhancing the skin in a precise way through the Anti-Gravity Technique™. This allows for a much more considered approach to product placement, with the aim of supporting the skin's natural structure and creating a subtle lifting effect.”

According to the launch announcement, treatment protocols are adapted according to patient age and individual requirements, with repeat treatments suggested at intervals of three to six months.

As with any injectable procedure, practitioners should assess patient suitability, understand the product's intended use and follow the manufacturer's instructions and training requirements.

Clinical data and reported outcomes

Regenyal Laboratories has reported results from an internal clinical study involving AUTENTICA. According to the supplied launch announcement, the findings included:

  • Skin texture: 100% of patients rated their skin texture as improved following two treatments.

  • Skin tone: 77% of patients gave their skin tone the highest rating following two treatments.

  • Skin thickness: An 18% increase was recorded after the first treatment session.

  • Adipose tissue thickness: A 1mm increase was recorded after the first treatment session.

These results have been reported by the manufacturer and should be interpreted in the context of the study design and methodology. The announcement does not provide details of the sample size, study controls, statistical analysis or follow-up period, so the findings cannot be independently assessed from the information supplied.

Practitioners considering the treatment should request the full clinical data and supporting documentation to understand the evidence base, including the measurement methods used and the relevance of the findings to clinical practice.

UK distribution and practitioner training

Fox Pharma and MedFx have been named as exclusive UK distributors for AUTENTICA. The launch is intended to combine product availability with practitioner education on the treatment's specific injection technique.

John Thompson, Managing Director of Fox Pharma, commented:

“Regenyal has spent close to two decades refining the hyaluronic acid technology behind this launch. Bringing it to the UK means clinics will receive the product and the training together, which is the best possible way to introduce an innovative technique-led treatment like this,”

Practitioner training courses are scheduled to begin in October 2026. A dedicated introductory event for clinics and prospective training partners is also planned for 10 November 2026 at King Street Townhouse.
