Impressive service from Andrew during Covid19. A really detailed and informative online virtual consultation to give me a plentiful insight into the Surgery and Hair Loss in general. I was genuinely surprised and glad i took the time out on a Saturday morning to explore the options. Still planning a face to face consultation but its given me food for thought and a great understanding, thanks Andrew and EHR. I have no doubt you guys will call me but if not i will be calling you to take it to the next stage, stay safe.

Really friendly and informative kind service. I found everything very professional and exceptionally fast from my initial form submission online almost immediately received a call back and had a video consultation the same day. Really knowledgeable person I spoke with. Give me a lot to think about and I didn’t feel pressured at all into making any decisions. I was nervous to make the enquiry but this company dealt with me so professionally I’m glad I enquired with them.

Amazing service and package offered that i am so glad i took. The surgeon and his team have been fantastic and the support offered by Andrew which literally has been 7 days a week has been truly appreciated. I traveled to London for Surgery and the complimentary hotel was perfect and so convenient and staff really nice and it made the whole journey much easier. I received the best advice and support from my first enquiry right up to the day of the procedure, the hotel was pre booked so I arrived in the morning relaxed and read, I was met by friendly professional staff I was made to feel really welcome, the whole day was dedicated to me, an accredited expert surgeon assisted by four other staff in attendance at all times throughout the procedure, I cannot give enough praise I highly recommend Elite hair restoration 5 well deserved stars awarded!!
