In-House Content and Social Media Executive The Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Content and Social Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting and implementing the social media strategy working with our Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role to push our social media forward with new ideas. Responsibilities: Support the management of social media accounts across various platforms Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, posting only appropriate and well thought-out content. Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, that align with our brand voice and objectives. Responsible for implementing our social media plan aligned with our marketing manager. Research trends and preferences, staying up-to-date with emerging video trends and culture. Monitor, track and develop performance reports. Work with the internal team and across the business to look for creative content. Ensure all work is executed with creative flair and to the required brand standards and guidelines. Person Specification: Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms. Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok Ads platforms and campaign implementation. Strong knowledge of short form videography. Experience editing in-app. Videography experience – both filming and editing (Camera, iPhone or equivalent) Lighting knowledge – a sound grasp on the basic concepts of lighting Creative thinker, with a passion in digital marketing and media. Strong copywriting and editing skills. Exceptional attention to detail Passion for Aesthetics. Excellent communication skills GCSE C+ English. Job Type: Part-time, Working hours: Part time, 12-18 hours a week, Monday – Friday, occasionally for key events and specific times of the year as necessary.
