I recently had the pleasure of visting botonics, as a transgender woman currently on the journey of transitioning I had no idea how easy, less expensive and discrete fillers could be and what they could actually do for me. I had a very prominent brow bone which was a very big insecurity of mine the first time I visited nurshka we went over what my face needed and how little Changes can actually make a big difference these changes have definitely helped me with the psychological side of my transition as I am only a few months in and have made a serious impact on me! I would recommend anyone that is considering any sort of surgeries - brow shaving, jaw reduction etc. Non surgical treatments are quicker and have less down time and both times visting botonics I had a little bit of swelling for a few days. The difference between the genders is tissue so of course having fillers would make complete sense for a MTF trans woman softening the tissue in the face can make features appear more feminine which also has faster results than any sort of surgery you would have and it would also give a more natural end result . I would seriously recommend anyone to visit nurshka at botonics shes a wonderful woman and her work is incredible xxx

Botonics changed me inside and outside so nicely. They provided me with a great experience with my first cosmetic procedure. I ended up with a much nicer profile and looking younger with their expertise! After signing up on their website for the free consultation, I received their newsletters and gentle encouragement to go forward with the free consultation. After months of deliberating I finally decided to go ahead. Even though there was no pressure, I really liked the communication I got from Botanics, it made me brave enough to go forward. I was pleased to see the staff was very nice and great to talk to. Bill, who I talked to many times was great at communicating with me and listening to my concerns. I got to meet with Dr. Goyal for my consultation and it was great to have his knowledge and agreement to my ideas on dermal filler for my face. I was glad to see that Dr. Goyal had much experience with situations like mine and listened to my concerns! I felt very comfortable with him. On the day of the procedure, I was very nervous. I was very pleased to know that Dr. Goyal was going to use a cannula that was going to greatly reduce bruising, but I was kind of scared of how it was going to feel. I was shocked at the first poke of anaesthetic, which is what actually hurt the most, and found that the rest of it just felt strange (but did not hurt). Most of the time I could not even feel anything! I really liked that he took his time to exam the results and make sure it was perfect. He was calm and collected and made me feel at ease. Bill was great about giving me the pricing upfront and taking payment. He also gave me tons of info on how to prepare for the procedure and how to recover smoothly. I bruised a bit on the bridge of my nose, but that cleared up in a few days. I also went back for a top up follow up appointment and really felt like things became most even and refined with a few extra injections. I was really very pleased that I chose Botoincs and will definitely use them again. I love my look and feel so much more confident. I went for the non-surgical nose job with Narushka back in November. I was so pleased with the results she had managed to achieve and I could not believe how such a quick procedure had made such a difference. The dorsal hump in my nose was smooth and no longer noticeable. Narushka explained to me that there was some swelling and that the hump may become slightly visible as the swelling subsides but that this would be minimal. As she predicted, this did happen but the appearance of the hump was so minimal it did not even notice. It still looked a million times better than my original nose and I was so happy with the results. However, a friend then decided to give a negative comment on my nose. They said that it had been a waste of money as it did not look any different and that in fact it looked worse than before. I was absolutely devastated, and although deep down I knew that this could not be true, I began to doubt all of the positive feedback I had received from others and became very insecure about my appearance. I decided to make a formal complaint about my nose. Bill and Nurushka took into account each one of my concerns and remained kind and professional. At this point I was unwilling to listen to what they were saying as I was so upset. It was only when they requested pictures of my current nose, and sent these back to me along with a picture of my original nose that I could see that the results were still outstanding and there no denying that this was a massive improvement. I am going back to the clinic for a second treatment (even though everybody has told me there is no need as it still looks amazing) just to try and perfect the results I already have. I feel so comfortable going back to the clinic and I do not feel awkward about any of the issues before. Both Narushka and Bill understand that it can be common for friends to react negatively when someone has a cosmetic procedure. I can tell you that this is a good clinic with a good support network throughout your journey!

Well what can say? Narushka is very highly recommended . She is simply great at her work and clearly loves what she does otherwise she would not get it so right all the time-). Will not go anywhere else. Bill and Narushka as a team are brilliant. Thank you Narushka and Bill.

I have now been to see Narushka at botonics quite a few times. Each time after a consultation, or treatment i walk away feeling confident on the procedure that has been done ,or the procedure that i am about to have. She carefully listens to what i want , and tells you in all honesty if she thinks that treatment is right for you. She is honest and up front , and also quite funny ,making you feel at ease so each time i visit i certainly walk away feeling happy. Her and Bill as a team get it right all the time. I simply will not go elsewhere anymore.

Botonics know exactly what they're doing and they're doing it brilliantly. Attentive, considerate and sensitive to individual needs and personalities, Naruschka is an excellent practioner. She's also happy advise, guide and at times tell you if you shouldn't have things done. I'm a fan of their honesty. I am a repeat client and will always visit Naruschka. She's the only person I trust. Her attention to detail is second to none and as my treatment is for rectifying asymmetry from a broken nose, it's important that it's perfect. She consistently makes me feel so much better about myself with the treatment. Bill is a great partner for Botonics too. He's incredibly helpful and full of knowledge. I had my tear through correction with Naruschka at Botonics about five weeks ago and I have to say it has been one of the best things I have done in recent years. I was totally fed up with looking tired the whole time and seeing the amazing and natural results after the treatment, has made me gain confidence and look the way I did a few years back. Naruschka is brilliant and I highly recommend Botonics to anyone who is looking for excellent results without looking obvious.You will be in very professional and safe hands.

I don't know what to say besides the fact that Botonics have been wonderful to me in making me achieve my new body. I just had my one month op assessment today and the transformation is NOTICEABLE. I have have felt really out of place with my body for a couple years now which has made my self- esteem drop drastically. I decide to have fat transfer to the buttocks to help enhance my body figure and to get my butt looking more fuller. I still need to wait a couple of months for the swelling to go down and see my desired new figure but already one month in and I'm showing off to the world. the cost, and talk through of the whole procedure went well and I felt more confident talking to Dr. Nurein. Had wanted to have a lip enhancement for ages but my phobia of needles combined with fear of the trout pout had put me off and it took a good few years for me to pluck up the courage to have the procedure done. Botonics and Naruschka in particular had been recommended to me by a good friend and I'm so glad that i made the right decision to have the treatment done. Naruschka is just amazing! she made me feel so relaxed and the results are exactly what i was after, nice and subtle. People often comment about how good they look. The best birthday present ever!!!!!! I decided to have Botox on my frown line as I noticed it had become deeper and more prominent. I went along to see Naruschka Henriques at her clinic in Clapham Junction. My consultation was free and very informative, I didn't feel any pressure to have the treatment. I am so happy with my Tear Trough treatment by Botonics. Bill and Naurasck are top people to deal with. Practitioner Naurascka is very kind and helpful. She is very professional and gives all the best answers of your queries. I was very happy with the great results and i am so happy to see my eyes. They look awesome and makes me look so young and fresh. I don''t feel tired,no swelling and I don't need to put a lot of concealer around my eyes to hide my dark circles. Tear Trough also made me my face looks so fresh and shiny but the best results are on my eyes. I highly recommend Botonic, Bill and Naurascka to everyone.

Deep under eye circles have been a problem for me as far back as I can remember so I recently had a tear trough treatment at Botonics and could not have been happier with the entire process. Although it is a very delicate procedure, Naruschka helped me feel relaxed and totally at ease - she could have been giving me a manicure, that was how easy the whole procedure felt! She was very patient and friendly, talking me through each step and checking I was alright, there wasn't even a second where I felt I was "just another client". It is wonderful to wake up and actually look rested, and even look great after a late night! I would absolutely recommend Botonics to anyone and I myself will definitely be back for further treatments.

Highly recommend!!!! I saw specialist Naruschka for my lip augmentation. I have quite thin lips and it makes very difficult to wear lipsticks and when I do it tends to look like a thin line. I was tired of their thinness and had been thinking about doing this for at least a year. I wanted to have a natural-looking lip enlargement - slightly fuller look but was afraid of having large duck lips. As this was my first cosmetic procedure I was very anxious but the same time excited to get the procedure done. Fortunately Naruschka completely understood what my concerns are and addressed them accordingly. She gained my trust immediately as a very experienced and confident specialist. the procedure took about 30 minutes and itself hurt quite a lot and my lips were sore and swollen for the first 2 -3 days but I was fully recovered within 4-5 days. I was very happy with the results immediately after the procedure. Now my lips look and feel very natural. Botonics have great staff, on both medical and administrative side, I found them very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. The dermal fillers they recommended and applied are a great way of looking younger, more stressed and relaxed. I love the treatment results, it is relatively non-invasive, easy, not very painful, and you can get on with your life practically the minute it is done!

Hello there, I was recommended the Botonoks by a girlfriend of mine, because I have always been embarassed about the shape of my nose, especially because during the conversation, the tip of my nose slightly moved, being a little low. I always felt it had to be lifted a little,especially because I act in films and theatre, and often in front of the camera, taking pictures from different angles. I approached the clinic for the recommendation of possible procedures, not involving plastic surgery. I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere in the clinic.They clearly explained what would be done, and I gladly accepted the treatment. It was fantastic, I will never regret it. The doctors took great care of me after the treatment, it was not painful, and just a few minutes spent in the clinic gave me new confidence in myself. Now I can easily stand in front of the camera without worrying about best angles, and I can easily move around the stage. I was a bit concerned about the wrinkles over my eyebrows and on top of the nose. So I looked at getting some Botox done. I searched online and Botonics came up. I'm based in Fulham, London and they were based in Harley St so I knew I could get there pretty easily, especially with their good opening hours. I went for an initial consultation and they recommended some Botox treatment. My specialist Naruschka and coordinator Bill who very friendly and capable. It all started with a chat from a friend who I was talking with about getting dermal filler in the top of my nose area, I suppose it hadn’t occurred to me you could have this done but shortly after speaking with her I knew what I wanted. I had always had issues around the nose area and felt that it played a major role in everyday life challenges from going shopping to having a night out, business meetings ect. it’s something which is so small and irrelevant that a lot of people would take it as being vain but when it comes down to it those people have no idea what you feel like inside. After contacting Bill (Botonics) he was amazing just brilliant from the outset he clearly went through every detail and made it very simple for me to understand, I had my first appointment with Naruschka (Botonics) and I was very nervous this was the start of something life changing for me, Naruschka (Botonics) is one of these people you feel automatically comfortable with, very charming put me at ease and all my concerns and really worked hard on making me look and feel like I’ve always wanted to. There was no pain from the injection going in very easy flowing and fast, once Naruschka (Botonics) had finished I looked in the mirror and started really getting emotional after all these years the problem was fixed and I feel almost instant relief. The bruising is minimal and the pain is far to none, an hour treatment and you’re done! I have been to see Naruschka (Botonics) 3 times now and keep coming back for the same boost of confidence; I have been in talks with her about dermal fillers for my cheeks and Botox around the forehead area, which I’m very keen to explore. I don’t like to speak about money but the rates for the customer service you receive is exceptional, the payment plan is a really good way of maintaining your look and being able to afford it! I have to leave the review about Botonics Harley street. I am model and actress who has been absolutely not happy about my eyes for many years due to excessive exercises, diet and life routine. I tried may expensive creams but nothing worked. I have decided to Tear Through through Botonics at Harley Street. Nauruaska was very helpful consultant and gave me satisfactory consultation regarding Tear Through. I was very insecure about my eyes and always hiding them with glasses. It was effecting me, work and even just to go out because everyone used to think i am tired or i have been smoking or drinking a lot. I don't smoke and drink. It was very upsetting for me. After the treatment i could see amazing results and i was shocked that my eyes were so beautiful bright, pop up, the texture changed around my eyes, no thread veins, no swelling eyes. I was shocked that it changed my whole looks and i am so happy with the treatment. The Tear Through Treatment was not painful. I will recommend anyone with the eye problems which i had. I have had dermal fillers with Botonics, and from the start I was very impressed by the quality of the service, personal approach and great communication (I spoke to a lovely man called Bill). The quality of advice and treatment by Naruschka was simply outstanding! I have had a facial treatment elsewhere before, but I was never given so much information on facts about physiology, the products used, aftercare and maintenance. I'm 47 years of age and I have noticed that the lines around my eyes were getting worse and I had two evil black looking under eyes which I could not get rid off no matter what I tried I could not get rid of them. Naruschka new exactly what I needed, my treatment I decided to go for was Botox between my eyes and upper brow lift,Dermal fillers for my lines around my eyes to fill In all those lines,Tear trough to get rid of my black under eyes,and cheek enhancements.I got home that day and could not wait to go back to have my treatment, the pricing was the best I had been given considering all the hunting around that I had done.My big day came and my treatment started, Naruschka did all my treatment on a personal and a professional way, she was telling me step by step what she was doing to my eyes and surrounding areas. After 15 years of trying to be the shape that would give me a peace of mind i am actually living it today. I had my inner and outer thigh regions done. Without having to constantly change my physical shape by living in a gym, as i did most of my youth, i am now able to keep the body shape that i feel at one with. I recently attended 58 Queens Square where I was treated with botox and fillers to my lips and from my nose to mouth, (nasolabial fold) which I am extremely pleased with. The clinic is easy to find and centrally located. The team are very professional and knowledgable, I felt safe knowing I was in such good hands. I was initially a little uneasy about having my lips filled however after speaking to Dr Sherina, who immediately put my mind at rest and informed me of what I was to expect it was plain sailing from there on. Dr Rakus was very quick, the procedure was painless, and the results.......simply amazing!!! I couldn''t recommend this clinic high enough. I will definitely be coming again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Botonics to anyone. It's a great experience from your first phone call to the actual appointment. Naruschka puts you at ease and is happy to talk through any doubts / questions you may have. I trusted her instantly, which is important when someone is injecting close to your eye! The results of the Botox were exactly what I was hoping for. It got rid of the movement in my forehead and reduced the wrinkles a lot, but it was subtle enough that people didn't notice I'd had it done. Perfect! Also, for anyone worried about the pain, I found it to be pretty much painless.

I had my Vaser surgery with botonics Plastic Surgery Group 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. The service was second to none from the initial consultation, with an actual surgeon, through to the day of the surgery and subsequent after-care. Every call/query to botonics is answered by the ever calming and informative Bill and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision which was a real breath of fresh air. My surgeon, Dr Grant Hamlet, is fantastic, a complete perfectionist and amazingly knowledgeable. From the moment he drew on my legs during my initial consultation I knew I was in good hands and that I''d found the surgeon for me. At no point did I have any second thoughts about going ahead or qualms over my choice of surgeon. Having elected for a general anaesthetic the procedure itself was painless and when I woke up I was in a safe hospital environment surrounded by a lovely bunch of recovery staff checking I was ok and that I knew who I was. I won't pretend I wasn't slightly uncomfortable after the procedure but I was prescribed meds to keep any pain or discomfort to a minimum. As part of the package I have been having after-care massage sessions with the lovely Raddy Dimitrova. Raddy immediately made me feel at ease from the moment I met her which is great as you're really not feeling your best when you first see her. She explains everything she's doing and I've been enjoying the sessions so much I've booked a few more to ensure my good progress continues! So 2 weeks on I'm still a little swollen but the majority of the bruising is gone. I don't feel any discomfort and, most importantly, I can already see the difference. I'm so happy with my new shape and I cannot recommend botanics, Dr Hamlet or Raddy enough. Friends and family have asked if I would do it again if I could turn back clock and yes I would...absolutely!!

Having seen Naruschka multiple times for Botox I was emailed some suggested treatments she thought I would benefit from. Naruschka had suggested I considered a lip enhancement on my upper lip. Although I did not have especially thin lips I did, like most people, have a larger bottom lip. Naruschka suggested that by balancing my top lip with my bottom it would make a great improvement on the overall aesthetic of my face. Having dealt with Naruschka for a while now, for Botox and a cheek enhancement, I have always found her someone very honest. I have never felt pressured into my procedures and that any suggestions she has made to me are genuinely for my benefit. I have always found the work she has done on me has been to an excellent standard, always personal and exceptional value for money. Due to all the above I decided to go through with the lip enhancement. ?Being someone who is not a fan of needles (like most!) I was a slightly nervous about discomfort before the procedure however Naruschka talked me through everything which I felt left me feeling extremely at ease. She then applied a numbing cream to minimise any discomfort.?Once the area was numb she began injecting a filler into my top lip. Over all the procedure was far less painful than I had original expected and was over reasonably quickly, around 30mins. After the procedure I had minimal swelling which I would say was totally gone after 2 days. The day after the procedure I did give Bill at Botonics a call to ask a few more question about healing mainly due to curiosity and as always he was there ready to answer any questions and help me with any problems. The difference this small procedure has made to the overall look of my face is incredible. Because the enhancement was subtle enough to not look ''done'' but substantial enough to make enough difference i have friends and family saying how good I look but not being able to put a finger on what is different which I have to merit Naruschka for! I would highly recommend a consultation with Naruschka to see what she can do for you and I would highly recommend Botonics as a company for fantastic value for money and excellent results.?

I had a Vaser Lipo on 3 areas a week ago. After consulting different centres I went for Botonics. The person in charge (Bill) seemed extremely friendly and personable, and instead of having to go and talk to a middle man, I got a free consultation with the actual surgeon (Dr. Nurein). The consultation was very straight to the point, it convinced me and saved me an extra visit - difficult to fit in my agenda. Bill, the person ''on the other end of the line'', is amazingly efficient and friendly, at all times transparent. He offered a fully inclusive pricing, including 2 compression garments, antibiotics and 5 sessions of extra-care. The procedure itself was less painful than expected. I was even entertained at times looking at the team work and my fat leave my belly! Dr. Nurein proved to be highly professional and a perfectionist in what he does - which is what you should be looking for in this type of procedure. I am happier than I thought I would be as he went the extra mile :-) ! I am now recovering fast, yes I do have a few bruises but had very little swelling - most probably thanks to Dr. Nurein but also to the included 5 sessions of lymphatic massage provided but yet another excellent professional, Fabia Santos! All in all, I couldn''t be happier. This procedure is in general expensive, but Botonics has provided me with an exceptionally good value for money, I am amazed at the results. So, I can only praise them and recommend them wholeheartedly!!

I had botox done by Naruschka, at Botonics Plastic Surgery, she was kind, gentle and explained everything before and during the procedure. She was precise, and did an excellent job. I am very happy at the job she did and i am looking forward to going back to Botonics to have my botox and filler done. I cannot wait. I am so happy with her work. I was always afraid to get it done as i have seen work done by other professional service people and the did a bad job. Can you imagine how happy i was with the results and the out come. I am a previous client to Botanics so was very confient and relaxed about my procedure. My 1st visit was a liquid face lift , cheek enhancement , lip enhancement and botox in 5 areas.I was so happy with the results i couldnt resist a 2nd visit. I asked to see Naruschka agian as I felt so well looked after by her.I had a TCA peel which I was a little anxious about but was pleasantly surprised and felt no discomfort just a hot feeling on my face for 2 minutes.After a week of shedding the real test is when you firsy apply make up . My skin looks brighter and younger , even my sun spots have dissappeared. I am so pleased with the results and always impressed with the aftercare which is so important. I started to research into Vaser Lipo a few months back after wanting to have Lipo for a few years. After deciding to proceed with the surgery, I attended a few free consultations at other cosmetic surgery groups and did not feel that they could offer me exactly what I wanted. I had a very strong sense of the outcome I was wishing to achieve and felt that none of the other companies could provide me with this. I didn''t like the fact that many of the consultations meant that I had to meet with a sales ''consultant'' before proceeding to the next step and then meeting with the surgeon. I found it difficult to book in with some surgeons due to my work hours and some of the companies weren''t very flexible. After many months of research I came across botonics and made an enquiry for a free consultation as botonics work with many well-know reputable surgeons, I also checked out the previous reviews and found that they were very positive. I spoke with Bill and I made a consultation with Dr. Grant Hamlet and went along with an open mind. Immediately I felt at ease and felt that Dr. Hamlet was taking my desired outcome into consideration as well as offering me as much advice as possible. I knew immediately that he was the surgeon I wished to have my procedure with. Bill was great as he offered me a consultation which fitted in with my working hours. I liaised with Bill who offered me a second free-of-charge consultation with Dr. Hamlet so I could be sure I would be getting the results and the care I needed to ensure the choice to have Vaser would be something I wouldn''t regret! Dr. Hamlet was very thorough and answered all the questions I had and gave me various contact numbers so I could contact him at any time if I should have any other questions or problems/queries after the procedure. After confirming with Bill that I wished to have my procedure with Dr. Hamlet, he helped me to secure my preferred date for the procedure so I could work around my personal and professional life, he also arranged my pre-procedure blood checks very early in the morning so I could attend before work and not need to take time off. He was very good with keeping me up-to-date with my results and things to expect before and after the procedure. We also managed to agree on a price which was very much appreciated as I did have a budget that I wished to stick too. On the day of my procedure I checked into the hospital as instructed by Bill and the nurses made me feel very at ease. Dr. Hamlet took a lot of time marking up my body and taking pictures and made a huge effort to ensure I was relaxed and ready for surgery, I was alone the whole day and I didn''t feel nervous at all, even when I went down to the theatre! When I woke up in the recovery room after the procedure, I was helped by Tim who was fantastic and stayed with me the whole day. He ensured I was comfortable and as pain-free as possible. He also made sure I had something to eat even though eating was the last thing I wished to do! Dr. Hamlet constantly stopped by my room to check how I was doing and after I had a sneak peek at my ''new'' body I was over the moon with the results even though I was covered in marker pen! Dr. Hamlet and Tim then helped me into my suit that I had to wear for the next few weeks, they were very careful to ensure I was in as little pain as possible and that I was looked after. After a few hours in recovery I was allowed to go home and was provided with a huge selection of pain killers and antibiotics which were all included in the price which was good as the last thing I would want to do would be to make a trip to a pharmacy. The following day Dr. Hamlet called me on my mobile to ensure I was coping OK. The pain was moderate to severe but much less than I expected considering I had 4 areas of my body treated at once. I was comfortable and the pain killers helped. Bill also called me to ensure the procedure went OK. On the second day after the procedure I had my follow-up appointment with Raddy at the hospital, she was my physio and would provide me with the aftercare and ultrasound to ensure that I was healing as well as I could and that I would get the desired results. The massage was painful but necessary and Raddy did everything she could to ensure I was comfortable, she was very professional throughout and I could even have a shower which was very much appreciated. She took a lot of pictures so I could see the progress and how different my body looked, even though it was only day two after the procedure I could see the change already, it was drastic but amazing, I couldn''t believe how much Dr. Hamlet had removed but more importantly how much he had listened to me to ensure I got the results I wanted. Even the nurses that I met on the day of the procedure came up to see how I was doing which was nice as they had seen me mid-op so they came to see how I was doing as well as my new figure! I had my second appointment with Raddy the following day, she changed my dressings and helped me into my garment after my shower, I felt completely at ease and she even gave me her number so I could call her if I had any questions. I have been seeing my own physio for the remainder of the follow-up treatments as I live in Kent, it is easier for me than to travel into London. Raddy called my physio directly to ensure he was up-to-date with my progress which he appreciated and he has been keeping Raddy constantly updated since. It has been two weeks since my procedure and I do not regret anything, most importantly I am very happy I chose to run with botonics as Bill, Dr. Hamlet and Raddy have provided me with a better service than I could have hoped for. I have never once been kept waiting, or chasing for information or felt ''let-down'' by the service I received, everything has been fantastic. Bill has been great with helping me book my follow-up appointments with Dr. Hamlet and Raddy, I am glad I chose such professional people! I would highly recommend Dr. Hamlet and botonics.

I have had treatments with Botonics for the last 2 yrs or so, with a break for a pregnancy, and birth. I have always found Bill very helpful and and a pleasure to talk to. He always tries to fit in with your plans and dates available ect. I have recently on the last two treatments seen Naruschka Henriques and i would highly recommend her. My procedure was fillers and botox . I had 4 areas of botox and a new procedure of fillers in my cheeks and other areas. My nurse was Naruschka , I was very impressed with the initial consultation as it was a professional and very friendly service which enabled me to relax. Im so glad I found Botonics! Having wanted a breast augmentation for many years now the only thing stopping me was fear but thankfully I found a cosmetic surgery that really put their customers wants and needs first. I found having Bill there really makes every difference especially post procedure as it mean I could get a good night sleep with piece of mind in order to heal properly after my surgery. The highly qualified surgeon who performed my procedure meant I received a split muscle breast augmentation which is a technique I had NEVER been offer during consultations with other cosmetic surgery group. The split muscle procedure was offered to me by Botonics in order to give me the most natural looking breasts which was a requirement high on my list. Post op I was totally painless and very comfortable when I woke up. The result of my surgery at Botonics has been totally life changing, I could not be happier with my new breast! My only regret is that I didnt find Botonics sooner! Since having my breast augmentation with Botonics I have also gone to them for Botox which I have had done with the wonderful Naruschka! Again I was very nervous as I am not a big fan of needles however I cannot believe how quick and painless she made the procedure. Staff is friendly, the doctor listens to what YOU want, nice comfortable environment. I had a SmartLipo procedure with Dr Joffily a couple of years ago. When I tell people it was painless, they don't believe me, but it was! After having it on Thursday, and 40 minutes of just resting, I walked to the station, got onto the train, went back to Sussex, had a comfortable weekend and went back to work on the Monday! All pain free! I didn't even take a paracetamol that weekend. I had my love handles and just below the buttocks where you get that fat stored. The results were what I expected, but it took about 8 weeks before I saw the final results. At first, you do see a improvement, but after 8 weeks, the cellulite was gone, no down time and it was great!! The really surprising thing is that after having it the cellulite was all gone. I've also had Botox treatments from Naruschka. After 4 days, huge improvement, great I've had botox many times before, but Naruschka's treatment didn't hurt at all, it was well administered, no pain at all. I noticed the change after 4 or 5 days. I've had treatments from many different clinics but I now just go to botonics because they have specialists for what you want, they listen to what you want, and want you to get a good treatment more than just make money off of you.

I just had a tummy tuck at Botonics with Dr Fallahder. It's day 10 after the surgery and I'm healing nicely and am very pleased with the results so far. Dr Fallahder is incredibly caring and professional and makes you feel at ease instantly. He explained the procedure and aftercare in great detail and made sure I was happy with everything before going ahead with the surgery. The aftercare has been incredible and it's all included in the cost. If I have had any concerns the staff at botonics have instantly put me in touch with Dr Fallahder and arranged follow up appointments for me including dressing changes etc. If you are seriously thinking of a procedure like this I would highly recommend Dr Fallahder and Botonics who were suggested to me by a friend who had heard of them. They offer a financing program aswell so you can pay comfortably each month and they ensure that you are actually fit and healthy before the procedure unlike many other clinics. They sent me for blood tests a week before to ensure everything was in order. Definitely money well spent and with a clinic who has some of the best surgeons around.
