All About YouSo vein

Since turning 40 loads of tiny blue and red veins have appeared around my nose. What's the best way of treating them? Should I go to a dermatologist, a salon or is there a cream that'll help?
Kate, 41, London

'These veins are broken blood vessels. Laser or intense pulsed light is the best way of treating them. However the lasers and lights in regular beauty salons are not strong enough to treat these vessels and creams will not work. I suggest you look on www.consultingroom.com where you can go and find a physician in your area that will treat the problem successfully.'
