SJ Partnership Announces Promotions Within Senior Leadership Team.
SJ Partnership, a leading business services company within the UK medical aesthetics industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of two key members of its senior leadership team.
Cait McLaughlin, who has been with SJ Partnership for over two years, will transition from her previous role as Communications Manager to assume the position of Director of Communications.
Cait'sextensive experience in managing and executing strategic communication initiatives has been instrumental in strengthening SJ Partnership's brand presence and engaging with clients. As Director of Communications, Cait will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Communications team with both internal and external comms, working closely with clients to provide the highest standard of support.
Nicole Johnstone, also a dedicated member of the SJ Partnership team for over two years, has been promoted from Client Services Manager to Director of Client Services.
Nicole's impressive leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences have been vital in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. In her new role, Nicole will lead the Client Services Team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and exceed their expectations.
