It's been a difficult time for all of us, and there is little positive news for many clinic owners and practitioners since having to close their businesses last week.
However, last week, amidst the shock and confusion associated with the lockdown, Zoe - my daughter (who had to close her tiny one room clinic down) decided that she would try and engage with customers from her home via social media.
This 6-minute video outlines some of the simple steps that Zoe (who has only been in business for 9 months) took to sell over £2,000 of skincare in the first week of the lockdown.
I applaud anyone who is working hard to try and save their business at this time – but am particularly proud of my daughter!
