Croma-Pharma recently hosted an educational two-day event in Vienna, Austria, where they welcomed UK-based Dr Mayoni Gooneratne, Dr Amiee Vyas and Dr Rita Poddar, alongside Netherlands-based Dr Petra Dikrama and international delegates for tailored peer-to-peer-learning sessions and discussions.

The programme was developed specifically for dedicated practitioners, experienced medical advisors, brand ambassadors and key opinion leaders working with the Croma portfolio.

The two-day event was preluded with a welcome dinner on the 14th of September.

“It was a massive honour to be invited to be part of the ‘Croma is more Circle’ event held in Vienna over two days. It was a wonderful opportunity to hear more about the recent and cutting-edge advancement in the use of skin injectables and to witness the whole portfolio that Croma has created and see it being utilised at its optimum. It was also a fantastic opportunity to interact with colleagues from different countries in Europe, as working in a clinic can sometimes be an insular experience and therefore it is always educational to share experiences and outcomes.”

The event opened with a welcome at the Croma headquarters by owner Gerhard Prinz and Head of Global Business services Valentin Gruber, followed by Daniel De Boer, Global Director of Business Development & Strategy, sharing the Croma vision and providing information about the current and future aesthetic portfolio and market trends.

The first day included a tour of the production and laboratory, followed by Croma’s approach to clinic research, clinical studies and the ageing of the face. Customers then walked through the beautiful city of Vienna for a final  dinner.

The second day took place at Palais Berg and was moderated by Dr Said Hilton from Germany.

Delegates were taken through lectures and live demonstrations of the broad portfolio including:

Saypha®, Croma’s Comprehensive HA Injectable Portfolio; Lift & Rejuvenate with Croma’s PDO Threads; and PhilArt, The New Trend in Aesthetic Medicine.

The event concluded with UK-based Prof Syed Haq presenting on Croma’s holistic approach to ageing.

“The recent ‘Croma is More Circle’ event has enabled us to take some of our UK and NL KOLs to Vienna and, alongside providing education against the backdrop of the head office heritage, this meeting has brought together leading worldwide practitioners and enables them to share their experiences and learning to further improve.”
- Vikki Baker, Head of Marketing UK|IRE|NL
