Firstly I would like to introduce myself and tell you about my story :-

I started my Registered General Nurse training over 30 years ago and during this time I have encountered and experienced many different aspects within the general nursing field.

As part of my ongoing Professional Development I successfully completed my Independent Nurse Prescribing course at Essex University in 2011.

I was already interested in medical aesthetics but research showed me how challenging a field it is to break into, and I was advised to start with Facial Aesthetics.

Being Qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber enables me to give a full and comprehensive treatment starting with the initial consultation, provision of prescription and treatment, aftercare and follow-up without having to consult with a doctor.

I have successfully completed a course in Advanced wrinkle relaxing injections for professionals using BOTULINIUM TOXIN A and I have also had extensive training in fillers and am able to offer my clients the amazing 8 POINT LIFT.

I also offer facial PEELS, from a light fruit acid peel for exfoliation to a more advanced clinical chemical peel.

I frequently visit practitioners at the forefront or technique development for further training; keeping up to date with new techniques and information as it is discovered.

In 2015 I was invited to become an Ambassador for OBAGI SKIN CARE. This enables me to offer a wide range of medical skin treatments focusing on acne, roseacia, age spots, freckles, pigmentation, eczema and psoriasis as well as for aging skin.

Under the umbrella of aesthetics I am able to offer MEDICAL NEEDLING as this is proved to eliminate scaring, pigmentation, acne scaring, pic scars & helps for general rejuvenation of the skin by stimulating your own collagen production. Also, treatment for Hyperhidrosis, which aims to reduce the amount a client sweats. This is used in clients who suffer from long term sweating problems or as a one off treatment for a special occasion such as a wedding, ball, graduation or similar. This treatment is also very popular with male clients.

My dream of offering my clients a centre of excellence for aesthetics and skin care solutions became a reality in 2014 when I became a partner in Elements Therapeutic Retreat and we can also offer a varied menu of beauty and & holistic treatments for both men & women all under the same roof.
