So what’s it with all these lash products and which works and doesn’t?
And the biggest question I’d be asking if I were to put something so near my eyes is, is it safe to use?
Has it been formulated by a Gynaecologist or an Ophthalmologist?
I know which one I’d plump for!

RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is cosmetic. RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is NOT a treatment for any medical condition. The formula for RevitaLash® is composed of several different ingredients, all in specific proportions and concentrations, all of which together contribute to the improved appearance of beautiful, natural eyelashes. Revitalash® doesn’t contain a prostaglandin, it contains a prostamide - during the synthesis of the prostamide molecule, it does not at any point go through a stage of being a drug or a derivative of a drug. The Jan Marini product originally used the Bimataprost ingredient which is now in the Allergan Latisse® product. Jan Marini now uses a designer molecule instead. The Allergan product, Latisse, is sold under prescription and is not available here in the UK for the time being. The FDA is studying the product at the current time. Lifestyle Aesthetics also distributes a lash product which contains Biotin & glycerin – to condition and moisturises the lashes and a triple peptide complex which can help prolong the lash life cycle.
